Inside was clean. Staff was friendly.
The food was ready very quickly which let us get back on the road.
The sausage, egg, and cheese croissantwich was very nice. Mild flavors and not steamed flavorless which sometimes happens.
The almond pastry was different but still good. Assuming that is a regional difference from the bear claw.

Traveling nice ppl but my bagel was a bit burnt
Came through the drive through, asked for a diet coke, they gave a diet Pepsi, didn't bother to let me know they dont have coke products. Got home and unpacked the food and the gave me the wrong soup order as well. I have great service at the one in Carbondale, never any issues so I will make sure i take my business there instead in the future.

If I could give 6 stars, I’d buy Google and do it myself.
Let me tell you about my experience at Panera. Not just any Panera—this Panera. The one where a certain legend among mortals works. Let’s call them Briar, or as I like to say, the chicken and salad whisperer.
Walked in feeling like a tired dad. Walked out spiritually renewed, fueled by warm coffee, a flawless baguette, and the kind of customer service that made me question if this was heaven—or just Illinois.
Briar didn’t take my order but he cheffed it up. He read me like a gluten-loving open book. It was like being in a rom-com with my lunch. He smiled, he recommended and pointed to the in season chicken salad like it was a fine wine, and honestly—it was.
Go here. Ask for Briar. Tell them Cody sent you. They won’t believe you. But they’ll still treat you like royalty.

Went to Panera this morning and wanted to get a Cheese Souffle but they were out. Not a big deal, so I ordered the new Ham croissant Benny and it was delicious. Great sandwich to start my day. Way to go Panera! Their staff is always very friendly and I enjoy going there.

Food is good, waited over 10 mins for a sandwich after being pulled forward for times in the drive thru, when I said something the girl said it was the cooks fault, no apology or anything. Weird and rude. First time ever having a bad experience here

I love Panera for it's good food and accessibility when traveling. This week, I am traveling with my dogs and this Panera had a perfect patio for us. The best part was an extremely kind worker came out and gave my dogs treats and water. She made us feel so welcome and that was really special. Traveling with dogs can be really stressful so having your team be welcoming was appreciated. :)

Very disappointed i drove thru and then waited in a space for 20min. When the guy brought my order i complained. He got very snippy and said, sorry we had a bus load. So i guess when theres a bus dont eat there because your no longer important.🤨

The food was edible but are you kidding me on the price $44 for two little sandwiches and a bowl of soup. The food is not worth it at half the price. You eat here and you are throwing your money away
