Ordered 2 pizzas. Said it would take an hour. Came to pick up and they hadn’t even started the order. Staff said “do you want to wait another 30 minutes or you want to cancel?” This place needs a management change. Pizza Hut got the same order done in 15 minutes

I had placed an order online on a Saturday night and I guess they were busy that night because it took them past the time they had estimated it to be done online. I had to wait an additional half an hour. The pizza was hot but it was ok pizza maybe slightly expensive for the quality of pizza you receive.

I once loved Papa John's, but stopped going there after a bad experience. Fast-forward 10 years, and tonight I ordered a pizza and breadsticks. Went to pick up the food, and was shocked by how filthy and run-down the inside was. Dust and dirt everywhere, every surface was sticky. My food wasn't ready and ended up being 15 minutes late. Got home, and the breadsticks were literally burnt, and the pizza just tasted really bad. I ordered 2 garlic sauces, but received 2 pizza sauces. I regret ordering there, and I won't make that mistake again.

I ordered a pizza, desert and 2-liter. The store did not have Starry soda that I ordered so instead of calling they just sent me a 7UP. The pizza was soggy and undercooked. It was a waste of $30
