I was delivered a pizza from DoorDash with wrong crust which I paid extra for. I called DoorDash and they were very polite with problem solved. Pizza Hut not at all nice. When I called and told them wrong crust.. they said it was door dash. I said but you saw the ticket for order and very rude said that he didn’t and I had ordered from a third party, so they…DoorDash were responsible. I don’t get it… my ticket was correct to what I ordered and I know DoorDash didn’t make the pizza
Worst pizza I have ever got from pizza hut cold had 8 pices of peperoni on a large 8 pieces of green peppers very little onions advise to order delivery because you will be disappointed

Their manager "Steven Brown" is a pest there. Very rude and command people like they are dogs! As long as he is there, i won't order from there any more!

Steven had an attitude on the phone because he claimed they had trackers and I tried to let him know we had cameras and that the driver did not come to this house. Then he tried to say we tried to call 4 or 5 time after I stated the fact so we just asked for a refund. It's not that hard to work in fast food and if you can not do the job just quit plus its not to hard to be respectful to others who are helping you actually keep a job at this point. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again and will make sure to put it on all platforms because just as their calls are recorded vise versa
Delivered early and lady was super nice!!Holy cow what the heck happened to you Pizza Hut ?!Haven't been to a Pizza Hut in many years because there isn't one near me. I gave it a try and the boneless wings are absolutely terrible, worse than chicken bites you can get at Walmart or even a Thortons style gas station, being serious here!. The thin crust pizza was also very poor quality. The pepperoni has the same taste I remember but everything else was far below standard. I would buy Home run inn from the grocery before I would waste $30 on what I ordered ever again. It's easy to see why dominos and even little Caesar's has won quite a lot of business over Pizza Hut where Pizza Hut reigned supreme in the 1980s-1990s - there are CLEAR corporate money saving shortcuts being made here. For shame Pizza Hut, maybe you should admit defeat like dominos in the 2010s and put some money and effort back into your pizza. Dominos isn't great but I'd go there before Pizza Hut again -2/10

Ordered LG. Handtossed double pepperoni pizza for $14.39 and it only took 15 minutes. I absolutely loved it ?! That's all that needs to be said ?

Thank you Charles! Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza and I order there 1st choice when we order pizza. Three weeks ago, I tried using my app 45 minutes away from home so we could just pick it up and go home. After several attempts to order and getting error messages I called the store to see if they would authorize online specials as online was going through, the lady manager told me absolutely not. As a person in management I thought she is kidding right. So I said you would loose a sale by simply not authorizing an online special and she said yes. So we went else where. Today I tried using my app again and same thing. I called the store and explained to Charles three weeks ago and today and without hesitation he asked a few questions and authorized their online deal. Thank you so very much Charles, thats what great mangement looks like. Thank you for caring and Pizza Hut should be very proud to have you!
