Pookies is a local bar. It's a nice place where you can get the typical comfort food. I either get the wings or a cheeseburger. Both are excellent. Service is always good. You have the option of being able to play Bocce Ball. Service has always been great and everyone friendly. You won't be disappointed.

Was In Town for The International Baseball Tournament was invited to this place to hang with some people. They Didn't have there Pretzel Bites which I was really looking forward to Try got the Fried Pickles cause it said it came with BBQ Ranch got my order and only was Ranch no BBQ. We were told they offer a Military Discount never got that. The Pookie Burger was good. The Girl that was are Waitress I think it was just too much for her to handle this Big Party and we were told we had to leave by 9pm because of the kids from the Baseball Team cause they had a Band coming to play. Other than that everything was good Friendly people if I come visit the area again I would try and give another Shot

Passed through the area the other day and was pleasantly surprised to have such a great experience. The bartender was a great vibe and very accommodating. I have some food sensitivities and he helped make sure I was taken care of. He also made sure I had some water on a very hot day while I waited for my to-go order to be ready. Would definitely go back.

It was hard to enjoy average food with the video gamers screaming “f” every couple minutes. The service was nonexistent! The food was tasteless. We won’t be back!

I’m not huge into the bar atmosphere but pookies is amazing for a good lunch. They have plenty of seating and very friendly staff.
