It’s a hell no for me. The first supervisor was the best when they first open. New staff that don’t care, I was a regular, I will not eat at Popeyes anymore.

The lady taking orders really needed a second person there to help her out. She gets 5 stars for her hustle. The dining area was adequate, but ready for an update. Food was as expected, not refried like the last Popeye's we were in-not edible.

One of the worst experiences— drive thru— took my order at the speaker- drove to 1st window- had to tell them my order again- 2nd window- had to repeat my order- extremely rude- gave me my bag— turned her back to me and said nothing—- until she swung around, looked at me and said “What?” I stated I ordered a drink- she said nothing—- grabbed the drink—- handed it to me without saying a word—— Driving away— Drink was straight carbonated water—- No sauce which I repeated three times——- And they weren’t busy! Lost customer —-

I have been at this restaurant no less than six times eating in. Every time it takes an extended period of time to get my food. That’s if they’re not out of something. Soda, ice etc. the food is great. The dining area could use some cleaning They’re always short of help, and every time I’ve been there it’s been someone different working there. With chic a fila opening across the road shortly they need to get there act together or they won’t be keeping the lights on

Been to purchase chicken 12 times and missed part of order everytime, also this time, not only got missed biscuits but took overall 1 hour to receive my order... terrible service.

There was more breading than chicken on my Chicken sandwich. Also, there was a smokey haze in the kitchen, which set off the fire alarm. The manager couldn't find the key to the alarm panel to disable the alarm, so the ear splitting siren went off continuously until the fire department arrived with their key.

First off there were 6 employess and i saw only 2 running the show. People standing around waiting for food and heard the "im on break" phrase at least 5 times. The 2 fry cooks held the fort down as best they could. As for the rest of the staff they need to be trained properly on how to run a FOH Abd drive thru.
