My wife and I went there on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. The food was very good, but what stuck out in our minds how blase and rude our server was. The young lady needs to find another profession, and my wife and I will never go there again. If I weren't caught quite by surprise, we would have happily tipped her what she deserved-- a big fat ZERO. Okay, nuff said...

Stopped in yesterday, 10/18/24. The service was amazing. We ordered the Ultimate Feast. The crab legs were cold and like rubber. They were so over cooked you couldn’t break them or get the meat out. Unfortunately we didn’t complain to the waiter bc it wasn’t his fault, but highly disappointed because for the 4 of us to eat it was $192 and you couldn’t eat what was served. This place used to serve good food but yesterday wasn’t the day.

I think generally all Red Lobsters are well run, this one is exceptionally so. Just had the fish sandwich today, subbed out the fries for a bake potato and all was excellent. There are quite a number of very good places to eat at the Marion exit but Red Lobster is another level.
