I got completely ignored from all employees..... I stood at the taco bar with no line for about 5 mins with employees walking around and the same with subway I even tried to get an employees attention and got no help as I was walking out I got stared at by an employee who never said a word to me as I stood at the door so I walked out without buying anything

Went into bathroom at 0800 and they were disgusting! 3 toilets full if poop!! Others had toilet paper all over floor! No soap or paper towels… totally disgusting!! Second time I stopped here for bathroom break with same results! Never stopping again. They need to take lessons from Loves on how to clean bathrooms to have repeat customers

To much paid parking (truckers already get screwed out here), mens & women's bathrooms were filthy, (garbage overflowing, floors were nasty, etc, (both evening and morning), workers were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers, (sidebar your personal conversations until customers are taken care of and while you are helping them). Wendys was filthy as well, floor was disgusting, trash was overflowing, and the condiment/pop station was awful. I understand you get busy, but making sure your establishment is clean and inviting should be important.

Very poorly run gas station. Trash cans were overflowing outsude, should’ve been our first clue. Walked into Wendy’s—6-7 people waiting to be served, staff laughing. Walked over to subway where one guy who didn’t talk was working at subway. Didn’t talk the whole time, then whispered my total at the end. If I hadn’t seen the cash register myself, I would’ve been screwed. Then we get to our car and he didn’t even cut our pizzas. Had to go back in for another 15 mins before someone helped. What a mess
This was the dirtiest gas station I have ever been in. Both sides , the Wendy's and the gas station part of it ws extremely dirty. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. And when I approached staff and told them it was dirty, they were rude and disrespectful. Terrible staff, dirty place, do not recommend .

It takes forever at the cash register for some reason the cashiers are slow and get distracted by the food counter there's never enough registers open great store it's always pretty clean in there and it's always slammed and packed full of people but they got to come up with a better system for checking out
