I have been fighting to get a refund from Sam’s Club for over 2 months for an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account for my membership. I called the number on my card and they said “no problem, you will get your refund in 7-10 Days”. Ok, fine. 2 weeks go by, no refund. I call back and this time they tell me the refund was CANCELED because they had called and emailed me and I didn’t respond. I didn’t respond because they DID NOT call or email me. So I call the Marion Sam’s Club and they say they can’t help me because I had already called the 800 number!! So I call the 800 number AGAIN and am told they will look into it and call or email me within 24 hours and I would get a refund in 30-45 days!!! I wait the 45 days, and no refund, so I called AGAIN and went through the whole story AGAIN and this time I’m told the reference number I gave them is invalid, even though I repeated the number back to the person who gave me the number. So now, I am told they had refunded the money to my account September 12th, which they did not, so here we go AGAIN. To say I’m fed up is beyond what I’m feeling!!! I work 3 jobs just to get by paycheck to paycheck and this is beyond ridiculous!! So, once again I wait to “ get a phone call or an email “ from Sam’s to let me know when I will get my refund of $100.00. It seems to me that it only took them one day to take the money out of my account, IT SHOULD NOT take months to put it back!!! If anyone knows of anything else I can do, please let me know!

We are just visiting the area. This seems to be a newer Sams. Nice, well stocked, large variety of items. I just figured this area would have the most great things for some odd reason! ?? No Costco's around here.

I've read a lot of post with people complaining. Even one spent the time to write about a bad hot dog. One guy said the store is to small.....so what. I've done business here for years and have no complaints other than occasionally they change a product I've been using. Hey people did you ever think about being grateful and forgiving now and then? Or is your world so perfect you never have a bad day or make a mistake. Give them a thumbs up! Day in and day out they do a great job! Please don't be the guy that bitches about the small stuff. You gave a bad review about a hot dog

Good quality and variety, no matter what you're shopping for. Staff are all very helpful, explaining membership, the Sam's Club app., and asking how they can help. In the present Co-vid situation it was good to see masks and social distancing in place. Yes, some shoppers obviously wore a mask to gain entry, then removed it, but there's enough space to avoid them!

This is a nice older smaller sams. It serves the purpose. I have one major complaint. Why oh why do I have to show my sams card to get in the door knowing full well I must have one to checkout and once again at the exit. Lots of nice people work here and have the highest of quality foods around. Just in the door with three kids and it’s 15 degrees who cares what really matters is showing that card!

On October 31 your pharmacy was faxed a prescription for 40 Oxycodone 5 mg. When I went to pick it up the pharmacist who was not Natalie said she could only give 14 pills. So, I said ok took the script and went on my way. Today, I went to get more. They told me that I would have to call my MD and get another script because your system kicked it out and refused to fill it. 1) The least they could have done if this were true. Call the MD 2) They left it up to me. I'm doing

Rudest employees I've ever seen. God forbid you need help with anything, or if you even want to be treated like a human being. The best you can get is a grunt, but you'll usually just get dirty looks like you're doing something wrong by shopping in their store. Even at the gas pump you get treated like dirt. I was having trouble with my card. An employee was literally standing two feet away from me, watching me, and never once even offered to help, and then had the nerve to wave bye to me like he had given me some great customer service. Stay far away from this place. Shame on every employee there. Treat your customers better.
