Went there yesterday (Saturday) around 2pm and they were closed. The hours said 8-5. The sign wasn't on but didn't think anything of it because there was a line. I understand life happens. But I expected to see maybe a note on the door on why they were closed or maybe an update on the app. Like I said I know life happens but it's inconvenient especially driving from a different town to get a smoothie.

I paid $26 for two smoothie bowls and receive the smallest portions I've ever received from the company. Definitely would like to hear back from management on this one.

Don't go there 15 minutes before they close with 4 other people thinking they will make you smoothies because they will tell you they won't do it because they don't have clean blenders to make 5 smoothie happened Monday

Ordered 30 dollars of food that was incorrectly prepared by a fresh new hire. They had this kid operating the entire store. Clearly they were overwhelmed and did not understand how to make smoothies and gather entire orders correctly, as I was missing two sides of yogurt pretzels. Tried to get a refund and manager was AWOL the kid said and to check back the following day. Called corporate and they dealt with the same thing trying to get a hold of the manager, they said they wanted to give the store a chance to make it right. The store never responded to corporate. I reached out to corporate and they profusely apologized on behalf of the store, it's mismanagement and issued me my refund a week and a half later. This store needs to be shut down permanently for horrible bottom of the barrel management whom refuses to follow and abide by company and brand standard operating procedures.

Usually when I go to a smoothie king anywhere there is flavor. We got too smoothies both were so incredibly rub down with ice. Completely derived of flavor. We couldn’t even finish them. To pay this much for such flavorless smoothies is absurd and they need to do better and follow the recipes because other smoothie kings don’t taste like this.
Me and my best friend wanted a smoothie bowl and we came to smoothie king, we came at a good time before closing. We tried to go in a the door was locked, we figured it was one of those “doors locked drive through open” and so we go through the drive through, no answer, we proceeded to pull back around and they are looking dead at us and ignoring us, we knock on the door and they go to the back. Me and my friend drove up To smoothie King to get a smoothie bowl, we came at a decent time before closing and we walked up to the door and it was locked so we figured that the inside was closed and decided to go to the drive-through where they decided to not answer so we pulled up to the window for them to be standing there and then run when they see us we then decided to park our car and go back up to the door and knock and the girl proceeded to run to the back again and ignore us. I called them three times and they ignored every single one.

If this location has 3 or more cars in the drive through - they will absolutely lock the door and ignore you. Even if you knock. Even though the entire store is glass. They won’t even look up at you. Comical. What an awful place to do business.

The place used to be good with regular smoothies but now there’s no smoothies is too much ice. There is no smoothie it’s just ice in there. I tried a few times. I thought it was gonna be better but I never did I get my smoothie from Carbondale they’re perfect.
