Really bad customer service and don’t ever drive here from far away to be told they are closed after taking like 5 peoples order and you were waiting I tried to place my order before 12am! She was really rude!!!!!! Waste of time and gas!

We've came here many times recently for drinks mainly. 3 of the last 4 times we've waited over 20 minutes just for drinks. I'm not sure why this keeps happening. Quality is always good though.

Horrible service from Harmony got unsweetened teas when we asked for sweet didn't get our ranch for our poppers or utensils to eat our coney dogs pushed the button to only have to wait 10 more minutes do better

Zero stars! Placed an order in one of the stalls and waited almost an hour! (Cheese sticks and a water). Went to the drive thru and they told me they had no order for that in any of the stalls! Don't waste your time! This place is a joke!

Didn't even get to order. Person taking my order was super rude because I misspoke and corrected myself when I realized and acted like I was causing issues for them. I also never saw my order appear on screen and waited for nearly 10 minutes before deciding to eat elsewhere. It wasn't even a rush, maybe two other customers total. Will not be returning to this location.

We pulled in for lunch. Plenty of parking at the time. Ordered 1 kids meal, a smash burger and a sausage burrito. The burger was a little dry and the burrito is small for the price they charged, not much egg, although cheesy. I didn't like the salsa, but someone else might. It's was okay food.

Went through on Wednesday at around 9:30pm after placing a mobile order. Pulled up an half the parking lot with kiosks was blocked off by a car and a guy cleaning the parking lot. Went to multiple kiosks on other side that were all down only maybe 3 in the whole parking lot worked and most of the kiosks were taken by empty cars . Went through the drive through and got no answer and the lights on the menu board were all off. Went back to another kiosk an tried to put in our stall # but said it was invalid. Called the store twice no answer. So back through the drive through again , had to wait for bit and repeat our order twice. Get to the window and it seems like they only had one person actually working. If that was the case management should be ashamed bc that's ridiculous to put all of that on a single worker. At that point just close the damn store for the night.

Entirely awful! I went at about 7:30 tonight. Pulled in, there are broken pull ins with little to no warning, not clear as it is just a paper with pencil on it, if they weren't broken, the screens were not on and they had no idea why. Was told they could not make blasts, which was fine initially since they told me they would make it a shake. All the m&Ms were at the bottom, and I only live 5 minutes from this sonic, there is no way it melted that fast. The night crew I talked to was incredibly rude, spoke to me like I was an idiot when I asked about the screen being off(as there was no sign for that at all), and would not even look me in the eye. Awful!

**EDIT** I have had things resolved, thank you Night manager Justin for being a big help!

This is the 3rd time that I've been here in the past month and again there's something wrong. First their fryer was down for like 2 weeks, their hours are constantly changing and now half the stalls are broken. . . This place is getting as terrible as Carbondale's.
