I get a meduim chili cheese tots, only there's only enough chili cheese to cover half of them. Ordered a coke float got a coke, I used like coming to this Sonic but lately it's starting to feel like I need to find another place to eat, I'm here 4 days a week.

after waiting almost over an hour for my order. i had to ask what was happening. they handed it out to the wrong customer i was treated so poorly by a rude sever in the drive thru, Caitlin. upon pulling up to the window after another staff member told me to pull up. food wasn’t good quality. i don’t recommend this place.

Everytime we come here for the last two months they have all the stalls blocked with a employee car this is ridiculous closethe doors if you don't want to serve customers

Came 3 times within a month and they got our order wrong 3 times. First two times, they forgot sides and I just accepted it,. The third time prompted the review because it was almost completely wrong except for the drinks. They did replace the order when we came back, and what we get is usually good, but 3 times messing up orders means I’d have better odds at other restaurants.

I placed an order with door dash to have my supper brought to my hotel room. The burger was burnt, there was barely any condiments or fixings on it. I also ordered a medium blast. I asked for oreos and reeses peanut butter cups in my blast. I did not get a full medium blast, there was about 1/4 of cup that didn't have any ice cream. Also got chocolate chunks instead of reese's. This is the 2nd time I've had a bad experience with this sonic. I will not go back.
I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I'm thoroughly grossed out.
Got a burger and it not only had a long hair in it, but a literal dead ladybug. That was NOT fun to bite in to. I go to this location all the time and have never had an issue. It's a fast food joint, I'm not picky. But, I just think I deserve more than hair and bugs in my food.
(Side note that didn't even bother me at the time but given this I think it's worth mentioning:)
The workers were stepping outside to smoke, and as someone who participates in a bit of the devil's lettuce, I immediately recognized that one of the "vapes" was a cart (weed.) I don't care who does what, but I'd love if we focused more on no bugs or body parts in the food and less on getting high. Might just be me though.
Won't be going back anytime soon.

Parking: They used to have great service but I think they must be seriously understaffed. They have been parking a car blocking the parking spots forcing you to wait in the drive thru. Hopefully they get staffed better soon.

My nips get stiff when things get escalated. Just want to smear oil based dairy flavored, only thing I can taste in a sandwich squish, that only sticks to the outside of my soggy and at the same time firm buns, all over my gmo food allergy inflamed skin, Can I get some napkins, please.. your fry cook just left an ass stain on one end of the seat, and him and the drive-thru chick's best decision on the front end. And the floor. And everything else he touched since he washed his hands back when they were teaching folks it was the thing to do. Before plastic bottles. And your mom. She's here now though. She was always coming.
