“Just stopped at this Panera for some soup, sandwiches, and bagels. We got through the line and realized that neither of us brought our wallets?! So we asked the person at the window to cancel our order and he said not to worry about it and he would pay for it! What a sweet person. You deserve a raise! The world is a better place because of people like him.“

Management was not aware of who I was when I returned , so it wasn't special treatment. Was very happy with the food, atmosphere and customer service. Will be back for sure ! Thank Dale 02-13-2026
2nd review. Food was horrible , didn't receive appetizer until after main course. Had the shrimp, peppers and onions ,oil in the fryer was burnt and old ! Never received any response from management no apologies from them at all....“
