I had a horrible experience at this location. Upon arriving, I was not greeted by anyone or even the manager on duty. The manager on duty was a male and was trying to get a shift covered because someone called in. Meanwhile, I waited over 15 minutes to have my order taken while he was talking to all of the employees and trying to get a shift covered. By the time I get to the counter, I order my drink and I try to pay with the Starbucks app and I am informed that they do not take mobile pay. This is not like any Starbucks I’ve ever been to, the employees and managers were only attentive to themselves. They were not there for the customers.

Made an online order before coming to the store. The order was supposed to be ready at 1:38. Arrived at 1:48. They didn't even start making the drinks until 1:56. Use the regular Starbucks if you want your order on time.

Love the drinks..The Baristas are extremely helpful with finding something youd typically like (& need?) Its has its convenience being inside another store; but there's not a lot of space..The 'cafe type's questions don't really apply but it's still a great place!

I really don't drink coffee or caffeine products. Starbucks happens to be inside a kroger grocery store. I can not give a fair review of a business I don't shop at. Sorry!

Went thru the Drive Thru and ordered a cold coffee. We were told that the store was out of cold coffee....come on....you're a coffee shop!! Get with the program! ?? Since we were told that we left without purchasing anything. Now I have a gift card that I don't even want to redeem because of that stupidity.

I come here all the time and the line is regularly 20+ minutes even when there’s only 5 cars ahead of you. I’ve been late to work and events many times because once you’re in the drive through line there is no way out. There’s also nowhere for people to pull forward for those people with large orders so you’re basically at the whim of the workers and the people in front of you. Honestly not even sure why they would build a Starbucks in such a mediocre location with only one entrance / exit. Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to - be aware

Don't bother going to this starbucks if you want your order correct or timely. We were not greeted for several minutes despite standing at the counter. When we finally could order, it was rung up incorrectly (wrong sizes and wrong drinks). I've had mochas several times, and whatever they made us was not that, which is ridiculous because it is a simple core drink (former barista here, so I know it is not difficult). I understand the barista was new, but that is no excuse to make mistake after mistake when her trainer was standing RIGHT NEXT TO HER the entire time. We were traveling and did not have the time to get anything corrected. Extremely disappointed in this location.
