The guy who took my order seemed as if he wanted to be anywhere but there. I asked for light ice and he filled the cup completely with ice and told me it was the wrong size instead of what I asked for. Very upsetting considering the drinks cost so much.

I come here all the time and the line is regularly 20+ minutes even when there’s only 5 cars ahead of you. I’ve been late to work and events many times because once you’re in the drive through line there is no way out. There’s also nowhere for people to pull forward for those people with large orders so you’re basically at the whim of the workers and the people in front of you. Honestly not even sure why they would build a Starbucks in such a mediocre location with only one entrance / exit. Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to - be aware

A place where the employees expect you to bow before them before doing anything for you. If you're willing to pay that much money for what they sell, do your soul a favor and donate it to an animal no kill shelter or a homeless shelter.
