They need to just close or have separate one for drive up !! Held my target pick up up for 35 minutes while they struggled to get one coffee made , never get order right then act like it’s your fault 🤦♀️ so many wrong things about this Starbucks !!!! Just close it ! They can’t keep anyone to work there closed most of the time anyway

Barista did not acknowledge us. She was talking about her boyfriend breaking up and cheating on her with the guy in front of us. Continued to carry on conversation about her boyfriend publicly with guy before us even after she finished his order. My family and I stood at counter waiting for her to acknowledge us still and take our order. Girls she knew came in behind us. The talked about her fake eye lashes and her boyfriend cheating on her. While finally starting to take our order, she continued to interrupt me trying to place my order while the girls behind me continued to carry one a conversation with her. I place the cup I was going to purchase, along with my drink orders down and said I’m not going to get this anymore your being rude. Walked away and she told me to have a nice day while carrying on conversation with her friends. Not sure her name but she was blonde, with fake lashes and use to be a CNA according to her. Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

I come here all the time and the line is regularly 20+ minutes even when there’s only 5 cars ahead of you. I’ve been late to work and events many times because once you’re in the drive through line there is no way out. There’s also nowhere for people to pull forward for those people with large orders so you’re basically at the whim of the workers and the people in front of you. Honestly not even sure why they would build a Starbucks in such a mediocre location with only one entrance / exit. Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to - be aware

It's my go to Starbucks, Maria is always friendly, so sweet, and welcoming. Knows my order and does the best job.
It was busy but the service was quick and friendly. The staff did a great job.
I ordered a grande white chocolate mocha with carmel syrup and I don't know what I got but it wasn't what I ordered.
