Stopped on our way through. White Mocha is a staple drink, I don’t understand how it could taste this bad. Tasted like a strong hot coffee with sink water. To top it off the lid popped off while tasting it and spilled all over my husband while he was driving. Sandwich tasted old; one bite and in the trash it went. Y’all need to do some better training!

They NEVER...NEVER..NEVER have prepared simple black coffee.. I always must wait for grande Pike place....ALWAYS!!!!! Unbelievable...any manager in this coffee shop??????? Always must wait for coffee..or is totally cold. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!

Just went through the drive thru and asked if they had their lavender late in stock. They said yes. (I’m a lavender freakazoid) so I got excited and I ordered a venti with 8 scoops of lavender…first and foremost the individual who took my order wasn’t necessarily rude, but wasn’t friendly or personable either. The minute she handed me the drink I noticed it being a strange pink color…mind you I had jut had the same drink two days ago and it looked nothing like this…but I shrugged it off and shouldn’t have. I took a HUGE gulp to find that it tasted like a chocolate covered cherry….YUCK. It was comparable to expecting to take a swig of sweet tea and unbeknownst to you it’s coke. So anyway I tried to drink it anyway because I spent $12. I couldn’t muster it past two gulps….so anyway I had to dump it and sure enough there is pink syrup in the bottom of the cup. Today’s service made me BIG sad. ):
Nice small town store, but took 14 minutes to get 2 mochas. 4 staff. 3 chatting.

I ordered an iced coffee through doordash. They gave me a cup filled with all cream, just enough coffee to make it an off white, and no ice or vanilla flavoring. The most tragic part is probably that I took a good gulp before realizing the horror that I was drinking straight cream. For how pricey they are Id have expected more. I get being busy or annoyed, but at least give me a drinkable drink.

I love starbucks! Every once in a while, you'll get a coffee that's not made exactly right, but I feel that depends on those who are being trained, which is understandable. They will remake your coffee though!
