I love starbucks! Every once in a while, you'll get a coffee that's not made exactly right, but I feel that depends on those who are being trained, which is understandable. They will remake your coffee though!
Thank you for being consistent and kind. I've never seen an employee there not have a smile on their face. They always make the experience enjoyable even if it's just a moment of kindness it really goes a long way towards having a great day. Even if my drink is not correct they fix it with a smile. This is a brand new location that offers all the full services of Starbucks unlike some of the other stores in the area. Most importantly are the drive through and the tap for Nitro Brew. The staff was wonderfully cheerful and happy to serve. The store is spacious with lots of tables and a few larger cushier chairs to enjoy the morning sun through the window. I am sure that I will be a regular at this location. One last important feature to note is that you can "cash in"...
