Worst Steak and Shake I have been to and I've been going there since I was 3 and I am in my 60's.
Dirty inside, food isn't made the way their parent company tells them too and the owners are nickel d#cks because they don't even employ waitresses anymore.
Guess they couldn't afford minimum wage when you have very few customers.
Best location in Marion and you still SUCK!!
well it has gotten rid of the wait staff so it's nothing like it used to be. you put your order in at a kiosk. Your shake isn't served in the old fashioned glasses even when you dine in. there was no ice in the self serve soda fountain. No sweet tea, We won't be back. So sad we love coming here when we visit our family. I'll just go to freddy's.
Went thru the drive thru, with pretty quick service! Friendly! Handed me my shake with my change. Pulled up to wait for my order, they bright it out hot, and correct!
Everything was fresh on the steak burger. It was delicious!! Thanx from SC! We don’t have them down there, and it was perfect!
