11:30 am. I was the only customer in the restaurant the whole time there. Server yourself with a kiosk. Food was brought to the table, but I think normally they call out your name, and you pick up at the counter. Burger was good and also the chili. Price moderate.

We went on Xmas Eve. There were 3 employees working. It took 40 minutes to get our shakes after ordering. We told the same employee twice we were still waiting. It wasn't until we told a different employee we never received our shakes that he told us that the other employee (the same one we told twice) never saw the screen showing we ordered the shakes. Keep in mind we were the only customers for the majority of the time we were there. We were in town visiting and thought we'd reminisce and go back there with our kids. We should have read the reviews before going.

Terrible staff. Doesn’t interact with customers I’m not even sure who was the manager no one came out to ask or check to see if anything else needed to be down too much garlic on the burger then they brought it back out the burger bun was cold if this is how yall are gonna serve food and act about them im calling corporate and making a report to the health department for sale of unsafe food.

Extra salty burger , service was super slow and no customers ?? I could overhear the employees talking all ghetto in back also . This location needs a manager that can control his and her staff . 2 many ppl working here doing nothing just hanging out . This the worst experience I've ever had at a steak n shake

The restaurant was very clean and organized. Out of all the steak and shakes I've been to this had the cleanest bathroom and it was even under construction. So for cleanliness of this place I would say was a 7 out of 10. The self kiosk was very easy to use and quick. Much faster than your average person taking your order. But nobody answered with welcome to steak and shake or no greeting at all. Very little eye contact, the cook looked at me, But that was about all usually I get a nod or something, because that's what I usually do out of common courtesy. But that's just the customer service review. Also the food though, from the cook was great, well laid out, well cooked the fries were good, nice and hot. They got the order right the first time no second chances didn't need to ask for anything extra, they got it all! Other than the food being great and the place being so clean I would have gave it a better review but seeing how the customer service was terrible I didn't feel welcome at all, But nor were they rude either. So, with further Ado I give three out of five stars!✨ Thank You! ? Thank You, very much!! ?
Parking: The parking spots are right in the front pull up to the front door. Makes it nice and easy and there's I believe for handicapped accessible spots. And plenty of parking seeing how they're not very busy, I want to say there's maybe 60 spots or so plenty of space.
Kid-friendliness: The place is open and there isn't very many areas where the kids can get hurt. everything stuck behind the counter. There is some coin machines for the children to get small little candy treats, and also a claw machine. There are high chairs and extra seats for children and babys. The regular chairs and benches for smaller children and young kids and teens.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are two ramps on either side of the sidewalk to get into the main entrance of the building. Once inside there are no steps, inside is completely handicap accessible,Bathroom access and all!
