Clean, very friendly guy at counter, but new allotments are gettin' a tad skimpy not lookin' as full as the picture, like 2 slices of turkey instead of maybe 4 in the new Baja bliss?

Vegetarian options: It's nice for gluten freers too cuz you can get it as a salad

Cant believe how expensive this has gotten. I got coupons in the mail 2 weeks ago. I decided to go and get subway. Turns out they stopped taking their own coupons. The lady told me as of jan 1st they no longer take any coupons. So I ordered anyway. It was like $12 for a 6" combo. I love subway but that is pricey. I think the 12" was 17.99 for the combo. I think they must be having financial issues if they stopped taking the coupons they sent out

They no longer take ANY coupons... what? So the coupons from the mailers don't apply to them?!? To many other better food establishments in and around Marion to go to a place who's to good for coupons.

The Nightmare Before New Year's. I strolled into this fine dining establishment and wanted a nice meal for my loving boys and the Love of my Life on New Year's Eve. I ordered online. When I arrived (25 minutes after I ordered), I was greeted by what I can only describe as the friendliest Sandwich artist that was clearly itching for her next hit...irritable isn't even the word to describe. A good slam of the parchment paper on the counter, and a wonderful greeting of "we are out of all bread, so it's going to be a while" (mind you this is 25min after I ordered). So I kindly say "that's fine we will wait", more customers arrive, and yet again this friendly face greets them with the same statement, but in fact urges them to go to another Subway....drugs are bad mkay! One customer arrives being told the same thing but has coupons and was immediately shut down. However, as she finally started to make our sandwiches with the utmost love being shown by the slamming of parchment paper we finally received our sandwiches. No smile, no apology, no decency for basic eye contact, just incredibly unprofessional and rude behavior. She has been complained about many of times for her behavior, but this must be deemed acceptable for the standard of Subway. Hope she gets that hit she is itching for or else she willing to snap. I get people need a job, but do better with who you hire. This woman is straight wicked.

We won't be back despite high ratings. We frequently dine at Subway and take out, mostly at noon especially on Sundays. We save and use coupons. (We are seniors and trying to save.) We were told we can't use coupons until after 4 pm. It's a new policy.. We have a new policy too. Can't use our coupons, eat somewhere else.

7:50 P.M. Experiance on 10/9/24. During my experience here I was quickly rushed through my purchase, sighed at when I ordered a 6” sandwich AND a pepperoni and cheese $3 sidekick. I asked for a receipt in which I was also sighed at after being more than generous and tipping $2 to maybe receive a different experience. I was certainly incorrect. While paying, a worker asked the manager in charge of closing if he should clean one side of the lobby in which she responded “I’d really like to close this place down for 10 minutes.”

Definitely not a good experience and after pondering on it today, I’ve decided to share my experience as I felt as if I was an inconvenience being a paying customer. The food was subpar and not made with love, or any care. Also asked “what sauce do you want” with my sidekick when it’s standard to come with its own sauce. 1/10, would not recommend, would not bring a friend.
