Workers rude and accused me of yelling at them when all I did is ask if they could change my mobile order to something THE EXACT SAME PRICE. it was not allowed and I was fine but I asked again at the window because I had been to 2 DIFFERENT TACO BELLS for the new slush and I just wanted what I wanted because the other was out of everything and my boyfriend placed the order for regular tacos but the nacho one is the same price. I was upset at my boyfriend and we were arguing at the window yeah I was in the wrong for being emotional but all I did was ask again because it’s ridiculous that they can’t change one ingredient to my tacos to make them so I actually would want them. Honestly it’s just rude. She then accused me of yelling at her said she would do it and then she just didn’t??? Like girl what was the point. U didn’t cuss at her or demand anything all I asked is there any way at all. Not only that but they forgot a nacho cheese cup and had no cinnamon twists. Just ridiculous. After this I don’t know if I will be back to Taco Bell for a long while. Very disappointed. Again insulted no one and was just very frustrated they refused to change a single ingredient

Not sure if they are just short staffed, someone called off, or they were inadequately staffed for lunch rush but i followed the order time from the App which was 12:50. Got there and ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes until order completion. Im on lunch and my time is limited. Had i known it would have taken that long i would have made another decision for lunch. Someone should update the app to reflect accurate wait times so customers can make informed decisions about what to do with their money and time.

You guys really need to get your people to do their jobs right. It's literally fast food not that hard to put tacos together and make sure it's not dumped out in a bag when you hand it to the customer along with the fact you forgot the damn thing to begin with. Do better or don't work.

When we went here on 11/10/2025. There was a White-Blonde haired girl & a brunette girl, both with fake eyelashes on— The blonde girl took our order through the intercom but during us trying to give our order, she was laughing & talking to someone else without muting her mic. We kept having to repeat ourselves & there were long pauses of silence. Finally, we get to the window & the blonde girl walks to the window & gives us a dirty look. Then the brunette only gave us half our food & slammed the window & turned around not looking at us. Thankfully, the manager, I assume walked over & told her to hand us the rest of our food & apologized. Overall, we’ve had good experiences at this Taco Bell until these ladies.

It's slightly better than the other local Taco Bell. Didn't get mobile order correct, but fortunately we ate in...once we found a somewhat clean table. Restrooms and dining area needed attention.

Food is good, props to the cook, but whoever is the one who bags the food/makes the drinks clearly doesn’t care about their job enough to get people’s orders right. I ordered a quesadilla meal, and cheesy fiesta bites, asked for mild sauce and didn’t get any, and my drink is more carbonation than soda. Multiple times I’ve went and picked up an order from this store, there’s usually always one kid that works the night shift that always has a bad attitude, and always seems to forget something in the bag. Only reason I gave 3 stars is for the food. If anyone in Marion is wanting Taco Bell and some good service, i recommend going to the other Taco Bell in Marion, on Main St.
