I love taco bell but enough is enough: too many orders have been received lacking items. Y'all have crushed a tired teenager's evening too many times. My kid is beyond picky but loves those Cinna twists and it's now 4 orders in a row they've been mia! 2 of those orders were supposed to be the replacement twists for previous orders we didn't get. Seriously! Who's expediting in there or do u even have a position for such a thing?
I stopped in early Tuesday for some breakfast. Everything was made quickly and even though there was a mistake they were quick to fix it. They could turn on the radio to make it less quiet in the dine in area.

The drive thru worker was extremely rude. She lied about many options on the menu. I actually called right after pulling out of the drive thru and spoke with a manager about it (she was "on break" when I asked to speak with her while waiting at the window) because I knew she was lying.
