So they do mess up my food quite a bit but I want to give a huge shout out to Monica one of the managers she gives the BEST customer service and always fixes our food for us she is the friendliest nicest sweetest person I’ve ever met at a fast food place she is 100% the best employee you can have serve you and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves for how amazing she is at her job absolutely love her and will always come back as long as she is there🫶 Monica also makes the absolute best food for us I could go on all day about how amazing she is I really hope Taco Bell treats her right she is such a kind person and amazing

Order a meal and forgot to change the taco to a soft shell, was at the window not even a minute after placing the order and they would change it, told me they aren’t allowed to change/add/or do anything to an order at the window, but then they offered to add the soft shell on top of my order, thought they couldn’t change anything, heard the kitchen staff from the window yelling that they already made the side taco !! RIDCULOUS

There is one manager here who reads the order screen and communicates what is needed in order to ensure accuracy and speed. If he is working, your order will be prompt, accurate, and made correctly. Otherwise it's a total crapshoot as to whether your food will be right, or presented in a timely manner.

If I could give a zero rating for this Taco Bell I would! This is not the first time we have had problems with this location. They expect us to pay for cold food and poor customer service. Manager was super rude when we told him our nacho fries were cold and continued to mouth and had a attitude. And they all continued to go to the back and talk about us. We didn't pay $4 for some cold fries! The customers are always right and we even offered for them to touch the cold nacho fries they refused and said we were lying. Are tacos were mainly lettuce with hardly any meat. This is unacceptable and won't be back! And the cinnamon twist tasted like carboard. And I called before hand to see when the lobby was closed they said 12pm we get there they said 9 they just just change the lobby closing time. Very unprofessional and very immature of the mangers to treat customers this way.
I can’t even give it a zero went there at about 1 am on October 25 service was terrible the lady was rude didn’t ring up all that we ordered didn’t give us our drink when we asked for our drink that was payed for she wanted to argue and laugh when we clearly didn’t get our drink she was high or on drugs this is the worse service I have ever experienced and I’m very disappointed. Everyone was outside smoking by the double doors.

Worst location after my partner documented 4 pages of her superior being creepy and offering to take her and me (both underage) out for drinks, waited outside the bathroom for her, and hugged/ touched her 40 TIMES during her shift the higher up manager which is a woman swept it under the rug saying the cameras didn’t show this when they really did. Disgusting
