Usually a Texas Roadhouse is pretty good, but this location, like the town itself, seemed a little overrated. It was crowded and busy, but our service was a little slow.

It's IL...so you can't drink the water, so do like Noah...stick to the wine and cocktails!

Our food was overcooked and tough. My salad was fairly good, however!

Our server was very polite, but had several tables to tend so was super busy.

Wouldn't have thought they would have a vegan meal
5 sides only. No meat

They have a bartender named Raquel (may be spelling it wrong) who has tried to rip us off twice. The manager on shift has been the same female. They have charged our credit card for more than the meal. I have my receipt and I shouldn’t have to go and demand them to fix it. She needs to be fired. We have great service unless she is working. I’m over being scammed. Pay attention to your receipts.

Went in and was told it would be about a 15 minute wait, we were there almost 40 minutes and they told us it would still be about 5 minutes. We had to leave because we had somewhere we had to be. I love their food but you should be honest about the wait times. And not just only sit the several large groups that walked in after us

We went to eat here, and hadn't been in several years, just because we had a gift card.

We went to check in to get on the wait list, no biggie 25-35 minute wait. 1 hour and 20 minutes later we get the text to go to the host stand, and then waited another 15 to be seated. We weren't the only ones unhappy, and I know it's close to Christmas, but we've never had this much trouble with a restaurant in this area no matter the day or time. The fact they are making the poor servers walk through the crowd at the front door to get to the patio area is also a terrible setup. They literally had to bring huge trays of food through about 45-65 people with no where for customers to get out of the way easily. The servers tried their best to be patient but they have a job to complete too.

The ONLY thing that pushes me to give 3 stars is the server Danay. She was a Rockstar and turned the whole experience around. She was very pleasant, quickly served us, and checked on us frequently.

Food was good, but not worth the almost 2 hour wait to us. Atmosphere was way too loud, people at tables next to us were literally having to yell to talk to each other over the music, which made it harder for our table to hear each other.

We don't plan on going back anytime soon, and if we do at all, we know we have to be prepared for a 3 hour window to dine here.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair friendly. The tables and booths are definitely crammed together so if you have anything larger than a standard wheelchair you will have a hard time getting a seat, or you will be seated on the outdoor patio area. It does have flaps that cover the window areas, but it was still very chilly as the one door entrance was open to the front waiting area.

I came here to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday. The waitress was so sweet, prompt, and took the time to talk with my daughter. My daughter loved that she got a free ice cream and got to sit on the saddle.

We are from AL and come up every year to hunt. The ribeye steak was honestly the best steak I have ever had. Tender and seasoned is an understatement! Also, the rolls with hot butter cannot be beat!
