Not sure if it was on purpose or just cross contamination, but my plain chocolate frosty definitely gave me an allergic reaction, I know the girl scout one would and I made sure the girl knew it was an allergy not a preference.
Aside from that the fries, freshly made mind you, tasted stale and...wet, not like they were old fries that got recooked, but like something was wrong with the batch. Couldn't drink my soda either because they had just replaced all the syrups but the carbonation was way off and gave everything a metallic taste
If you see them replacing anything at the drink machine, just ask them to fill it behind the counter.
Staff were very friendly and you could tell they actually enjoyed their coworkers, maybe even their jobs

We needed food after a 12 hour day at Disney; it was what we needed. Wendy's was as you'd expect. The burgers were good, 10pm fries weren't amazing but we didn't care.

Wendy's has the best potatoes wedges for breakfast. Very good customer service. The food was really good only gave 4 stars because they didn't have bacon and only 4 stars for atmosphere because lobby was kinda dirty.

I like Wendy's food and at this location my order is almost accurate. The only the service could be any slower would be if I cooked it myself

The food is hit and miss, every time I go here I tell them to make my order fresh and I don't mind waiting and every now and then the order will be made fresh or have to order will be made fresh meaning I'll have fresh fries and cold nuggets or vice versa.

I get there and it's about half an hour till they close and other than me there is one person in the drive thru. I ordered a Baconator and a Son of a Baconator and go up to pay. They let me know that there is a short wait so I pull into a spot. I sat there till a bit after 11:50. I didn't think too much of it just because as someone who also works fast food, some things take a while to cook. I go home and open the burger wrapper to see my Baconator has 1 patty instead of two and my son of a baconator has 0 bacon on it. It was very upsetting givin Bacon is in the name of the Son of a BACONator.

Did a simple special order of no ranch add mayo to an asiago grilled chicken sandwich and got a fried chicken sandwich with ranch... Ironically the employee was very friendly during the purchase so I didn't think to open the sandwich while still in the drive thru. Unfortunately, we were on the road so I didn't realize until we were well away. Lesson learned! Block the damn line if you have to... CHECK YOUR FOOD & Make my meal right!

I travel and stop at a lot of Wendy's and frequent the Marion Wendy's. I don't no what happened last night order two Chillies and a burger with everything on it. Got it home one chillie had no beans the other had very little . The burger was not what was ordered.
My husband went through the drive thru. His burger had a hair in it.

Ordered off of doordash, first time was awesome, second time they totally messed up the order. I don't know if I'll go back.
I would like to say that reviews are important in my opinion. I am a store manager of a retail store near by. So I would like to leave a good one. Most people will not leave a good review, they only leave bad ones. I went to Wendy's today about 2:00 and the drive-thru and the parking lot was packed. I took a chance though. It only took me about 5 minutes to get where you make your order. And took me about 5 minutes to pay and get my food. Not bad! Months ago it would have taken 10 minutes to just take your order and way way way longer to pay and get your food. Ordering inside was even worse. It was horrible and I quit going there! Thank you Wendy's for earning my business back and thank you to the Wendy's employees in Carbondale!
