I went here 9/21/25 at night, and the place was horrible, i found mold on my food and my food was so cold and their fries were stale. there was even bugs crawling around by the trash cans. and the kitchen was so dirty it looks like they haven’t cleaned back there in days. And the place smelled horrible like something dead back there. Also the customer service was really bad. They need to work their customer skills and manners.

I took my 2 granddaughters on Saturday evening 9/6 to order take out. Once again they claimed to be short staffed. The manager was spending his time arguing and explaining this to customers instead of working. Gave up trying to get served after the manager told everyone there they could just leave. Upper management really needs to get this place under control and get some help. We live up the road and sadly will never go back.

I went to the drive thru around 7pm Friday evening and immediately was told they were short staffed so I would have to come inside to order. I went inside to order. There was 1 single customer sitting inside eating and 5 employees inside. I suggest someone remove the Wendy’s and put a Chick-fil-A in their place. They know how to run a good fast food establishment.

Just left this place and the cashier acted like he was lost. Standed at the register in line and all 5 people walked away after we stood there nearly 10 minutes waiting. Ridiculous bad service. Get ya a pizza at road ranger they will wait on you

Very disorganized, left food sitting all over the counters while other food was getting made. Everything got cold. They even set trays on the front counter while adding food to them for anyone to touch. Pass.
6/14/25: This has to be the dirtiest Wendy's I have ever witnessed. Food and garbage all over the floor and under the work areas. The I'm scared to even try eating my order. Time for a new manager and the health department to come close this mess down.

I got to the front of the line during lunch time and got told they can't take my order, I assume the kitchen was backed up. Then the cashier stood there and just watched me and other customers, offering no help to the kitchen, but still not taking orders. I spent 15 minutes, at the front of the line just watching the cashier stand there and do nothing.

This Wendy's is the Worst by FAR My family and I have EVER been to, Stood at the counter tonight full 5 minutes, 2 employees had thier back to us, act like they never saw us, The Drive thru is NEVER open , the Entire place is a WASTE OF SPACE, SHUT IT DOWN COMPLETELY A JOKE . THE Gas station next to it Also is a Joke ! Both places should be Condemned for being Dirty, non caring , never have anything, no service, Just embarrassing places as a place to experience any good out of it. 0 STARS IS WHAT BOTH HIGHLY DESERVE !!!!!
