Every time i go here, for conviniance mostly because its right down the road on busy nights, and its continuously gotten worse and worse. Every time there is something wrong, i know its stressful working in a kitchen but ive worked customer service literally my whole life and there is no excuse for this. Let alone waiting in line for over an hour.

The only thing that makes me the most mad is the fact that the line only had 2-3 cars and yet I still waited in the drive thru for an hour. Not only that, but once I got up to the speaker they told me “one moment” like I didn’t just wait an hour in the line already. In the nicest way possible, the employees need to know how to correctly do their job. If I were them, I would’ve let them go and found people who actually appreciate their job. I’m hoping they don’t hire younger teenagers for this job. Other than that, the ice cream isn’t bad it’s self, and same with the food.

It’s honestly unbelievable that waiting an hour in a drive-thru for two ice creams is considered acceptable. There were only three cars in line, and yet I still had to wait that long. I ordered an Oreo Cupfection—no marshmallow, just hot fudge. They also put marshallmallow after asking for it not to be. Also when they finally handed it over, the hot fudge was frozen to the cup, clearly from being made way too early and stored improperly. How hard is it to make sure that your products are actually ready when customers arrive? Least they could have done was made the blizzard first not the cupfection.
Marshall Dairy Queen should be ashamed of this level of service. When you’re running a business, especially one centered around something as simple as ice cream, it’s basic customer service to ensure the product is fresh, the wait is reasonable, and the order is prepared correctly. They clearly failed on all fronts today. A major disappoint!
We live in a nearby town but every summer I take my grandkids to the Marshall pool and we hit Dairy Queen afterwards. The staff is always friendly and well trained. Food is always on point. Sometimes the tables can be a little sticky.

Very odd, disorganized staff. Cold gravy, trip inside showed a very messy kitchen. Staff not wearing gloves, hairnets. Drive thru cashiers handling food items after handling cash with no gloves or handwashing.
I get folks are young and need to learn, but there is a safety standard for food handling that simply is not being met at this location.
I threw my food away.
I like to sit here and watch.... J.D. is the best to watch....
Unfortunately, they’re no one here over the age of 19 to be in charge
We ordered a cookie dough blizzard and got something that was mostly chocolate syrup

Asked if I could get a rocky road blizzard still since it's not on the menu. The boy working was happy to oblige. Very sweet kid. Thanks Christian!

Very unprepared staff, not wearing any gloves touching their hair and food constantly, very unorganized. The kitchen is very filty with grease on the grill hood vent. Floors look very grease as well.
hate to be this person because we usually have a good experience, but tonight was the second time we’ve gone through to get dinner and the line was so. stinking. slow. just to get up to the window and be told they’re out of gravy? that’s my favorite part, so i cancel it. then i get up to the window and we’re cashed out by one person and we’re handed our SPOONS and blizzards by another with wet dirty hands like they had done dishes or something. usually the food is hot and correct but have been really disappointed lately.
I found a blonde hair in my food because I hate that this happened I’m gonna dna test the hair follicle and do what I want with your dna. Thanks for it
Went around 2 and ordered 2 honey bbq chicken strip baskets. They were drowning in sauce. So much so it was coming out of the bottom of the basket. Unedible with cold fries. There had to be enough sauce on our 8 strips total to sauce 10 more baskets. Worst 22.?? I've spent in a while to throw it away.
It’s not the best Dairy Queen I’ve been too but is what’s expected when you have mostly teenagers taking your order. I never see any managers there.
