I was in the drive thru I ordered a Sundae, fries, and a drink. I waited 30 minutes before I got my food. When I got to the window I was still waiting and when she gave me the food my fries were room temperature and my sundae was halfway melted. After I drove away I realized she didn’t give me a spoon with my sundae. I had to stop at a gas station to grab one.

I am giving Marshall Dairy Queen a "0" for all reviews. We ordered 2 small blizzards. We were the only ones in line and it took the little girl cashier at least 5-7 minutes to even wait on us. We were #35. More people began to flow in. 8 more orders were taken in the next 10 minutes, each with multiple people in their groups. #36 was called, #37.....all the way to #41. They all had "cooked" food in their orders as well as ice cream. 20 minutes after our order was taken, we finally asked for our $ back and they were very rude about it. They said they were short staffed. So....you still go in the order of when the food order was taken! Hmmm....the drive thru was going at a pretty brisk pace. I would give them a negative # for a review, but that is not an option. I had to give a 1 star because it wouldn't post if I didn't. The 1 star was for a nice parking lot..... everything inside was a 0

Didn’t get what I ordered. I asked for the M&M blizzard add Oreos and received an Oreo blizzard add M&Ms…? YES! It is a difference! If I ordered M&M as is, it comes with chocolate sauce. If I order the Oreo as is, it doesn’t come with sauce which means I’m missing my chocolate sauce/syrup and the point of ordering M&M add Oreo is because I wanted my syrup/sauce. The taste is completely different and didn’t satisfy my craving. 3 stars since I couldn’t return it and ended up eating it.Everything else was right so take my rating with a grain of salt
