If you want a walk back in time to a simpler way of life , you will love this place! Old rehabed corner grocery store. Plain and simply hamburgers veggie burgers, barbecue pork, chicken sandwiches. A variety of chips and drinks, including the old-fashioned type soda in glass bottles . They have potato & macroni salads, slaw, etc... once you get your sandwiches, you can add whatever fixens you want. Sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, and dill and / or sweet pickles that taste homemade . Mustard , ketchup ,mayonnaise, as well as many other sauces are all available for you to dress up your favorite sandwiches. No fries are available, but you still have a lot of chip options. They also have shirts, hats, patches, etc... you you can buy. They have a lot of outdoor seating for eating. Indoor seating is for waiting for your order only. They also have port-a-potties outside. It's not for everyone, but I love it and go several times a year. Relaxing environment and a beautiful drive there and back home. Food tastes great! It's a whole experience!

Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger and it is wonderful

Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately, I am deathly allergic to meat. I let them know in advance so they are happy to be extra careful and make sure that my veggie burger is not accidentally in contact with anything that has touched meat. They are awesome!!!

Get there early to beat the crowd. And pay attention to what you order. Those burgers are HUGE! It was a beautiful day to set under the trees and visit with people from all over the area. Such a neat place. And I could never pass up a Fanta in a glass bottle ?.

Great burgers cooked in an old country store atmosphere. Limited hours, but excellent experience.

Good place to eat. Was an old general store that was made into a sandwich place. Sandwiches, chips and bottled drinks. Not much seating inside. Have picnic tables outside.

Super fun adventure but the burgers were dry as a desert and cheese wasn't even melted. Polish sausage was cold too. We've made this trek for decades but that was probably my last trip.

Vegetarian options: They do have a veggie burger on the menu

Moonshine is a great destination. After we eat, we like to go to the MVP bar, then to Muddy Saloon.
