Locally owned and operated Mom & Pop homemade comfort food...I came into town about 4pm on a rainy Saturday. Stopped at the gas station and asked the simple question about where to get food...All three people said The Barnyard Cafe...If you are passing through Illinois on hwy 70...Exit 136 come south a couple miles, cross hwy 40...Downtown Martinsville, IL.Turn right on Main street, half a block on the left (south)...Food is Absolutely Delicious...Owners are Fabulous, Friendly, and polite.Mac n Cheese was beyond anything I've ever had.My order was simple, Grilled Cheese with crinkle fries...The Ranch is Homemade...I will be back...
