Ordered a pizza at 5:30 pm. It said 40-50 minutes. An hour later our order showed delivered and it was not. As I was investigating I received a call stating that was an error and it would be another thirty minutes. Over thirty minutes go by and we finally have the order. Pizza arrived cold and looked as if it was sitting out on the counter for a few days with pasty sauce, dried cheese, and shriveled vegetables. The cheese bread was hard. I called the store and was offered to remake the order. I declined stating we had already waited well over an hour and a half. I was asked what could be done to rectify and I suggested a refund. That option was declined. There were no other offers presented other than another pizza.

They take so long it's a crapshoot when you are going to get your food. When the tracker keeps pushing back the time, you can't even call the store to cancel the order. So you will lose your rewards if you redeem a pizza. Never again will I go to this location.

We’ve lived at the storyboard apartments for almost a year now and have ordered a handful of times and never have been disappointed. But back in April my brother reported an issue about delivering in a timely manner otherwise he hadn’t heard any bad reviews. Tonight we ordered 8 wings and 1 bowl of pasta. Took close to an hour and a half to get it delivered when we live 2 minutes away and have always had extremely fast food and delivery. When quoted for a time it said 15 20 minutes. Definitely don’t order if you’re super hungry because there’s a chance your food wont come on time.

me and my friends wanted to order dominos becasue we were hungry and it was one of the only places open, however we had to wait OVER AN HOUR for it to be PREPPED. and then to make it worse whenever i tried to call them i was on hold for over TEN MINUTES until i hung up without service. never ordering here AGAIN!!

Twice now this store has told me my pizza's are on the way and received nothing. When u call & talk to a manager they are very rude & lie to their customers. I would not recommend this store at all...would give it a -10 rating if I could.

I'm a truck driver.I was parked at the pilot I ordered to the mobile It was super easy man.They had my stuff by the time I walked Over to them my pizza was done. And i ordered at eight o'clock pm

Ordered food on 9/27 they turned their phones off and when I showed up they had a line out the parking lot. They double charged me for my food and not only did I not get my food till 9pm when I ordered it at 6:42 pm but the food was horribly prepared and the customer service was beyond trash if you are looking for pizza it would be better to drive out of your way then to order from this establishment.

The worst Dominos I’ve ever ordered from. Pizza was awful and I like Dominos. Service was awful. They lock the doors when they are busy so you have to wait for the window. Just order from a different one and make the drive don’t waste your time with this location.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas at 4:22pm and despite calling the location 3 times and getting a different excuse each time to why my pizza was so late, I did not receive my pizzas until 5:47pm. No offer for reimbursement or even some type of coupon to make up for my pizzas not arriving for over an hour and 20 minutes.

I'm a loyal Domino's customer, having ordered through the mobile app many times and enjoying their pizzas in over 10 states. However, my recent experience at this location was disappointing. Despite ordering extra sauce and toppings, my pizza felt like bread with minimal toppings. I brought this to their attention, hoping they could improve their quality to meet the standard I've come to expect from Domino's. They offered to remake my pizza, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to wait. I hope they take my feedback seriously and make necessary improvements.
