I went to Joe's tonight with my friend, and we were served by Mack, who was totally on it. She was friendly, fast, and had good taste for recommendations. One hundred percent recommend this place, and feel lucky if Mack is your waitress :)

Hair in my food. The girl over the phone started making an excuse that everyone back in the kitchen is bald, but must have remembered that eyebrows and are hair exist.
And then the hair was right now top, so if the guys back there were paying attention at all, they could have plucked the hair off and I would have never known.
Not ordering from this place again.

Really enjoyed our meal here. My husband ordered a pizza and really liked it. I had the cheese tortellini alfredo and it was delicious! Our server was quick and efficient, with prompt drink refills. We didn't have to wait for a table; however, we did come in just over an hour before close.

We have tried dining in three times now, and I'm officially calling it quits. The first time, we waited at least 20 minutes after our pizza arrived for the pasta to come out. The second time, my pasta was cold. Tonight (6/27), thinking maybe the pasta was the problem, we tried to dine in at 7 pm to order pizza. We were greeted when we walked in and were told to sit anywhere. There were a handful of tables. We sat and watched the two servers walk back and forth while glancing at or ignoring us, watched them fiddle with their jewelry, and just chat up at the server station with the busser. At one point, Server A asked if Server B had taken us, and Server B glanced at us and said that she hadn't, but she could. Server B then proceeded to go to another table to do something with drinks. At this point, we had already been sitting there for 10 minutes without being helped. Are there managers actually working or are the teenagers running this place? The food is good and takeout hasn't failed us, but I won't beg for dine-in service so I can then have an awkward experience and give you my money at the end. We won't be back.
Took my grandpa for pizza. He was in a wheelchair; they were so nice and made room for him! The food and service were great.

The staff was very nice and very accommodating. We asked for a whole cheese sub with fries and they only gave us a half with chips. We had to send the chips back and order the second half of the sub along with the fries. They charged us for two halves instead of a whole.

Items I've tried so you don't have to. Baked mac and cheese - literally warm noodles without sauce and a sprinkle of cheese baked on (terrible). Chicken parm sub - really dry (mediocre). Chicken Alfredo - surprisingly drowned in watery sauce (terrible). Thin crust pizza - over priced for what it is (edible). Chicago style pizza - probably the only decent thing I have eaten from here (decent). White cheddar mac and cheese - wet warm noodles with a light dusting of what looked like shaker parmesan (terrible).
