I cannot say enough good things about the Scooters in Mascoutah. The service is always amazing and keeps me coming back everyday. You couldn’t find better employees! They’re always so cheerful and kind. Love seeing them each morning!

I came to get my free medium drink from Scooters today. I received a flyer from this location to download the app and you could get a free drink. I placed my order an even ordered other items. For some reason I was not able to get the free drink. Instead of trying to help me the manger on duty was rude and unhelpful. I drove 30 mins just get my family treats and was very upset and disappointed with the way I was treated. I hope that rude women knows she made this location lose a good customer.

Scooters is great .. wish it had indoor I would drink more coffee .. no complaints
My family and I like to go to Scooters for dessert blenders but we've noticed anytime we order more than 2 of the same drinks the drinks are tasteless. One time I told the employees we couldn't taste the peanut butter in the peanut butter power drinks and I was told they ran out of the peanut butter powder (or whatever it's called) and that he had to open a new container. Once it was re-made it turned out great.
We have family in town so last night I ordered 5 Oreo blenders and again tasteless... we dumped all of them. It was a huge waste of money and it's becoming more of an inconvenience to drive back to the store and have them re-make them. Please start making the drinks AS DIRECTED and stop taking short cuts!

The Mascoutah location used to be my favorite Scooter's to go to. They always made the blenders super icy and thick. Now and following a majority of other Scooter's in the area, despite ASKING for it to be made extra thick, it comes out watery/loose. There were some great employees at this location that are no longer there, and the ones there now don't seem to care.
