My family and I like to go to Scooters for dessert blenders but we've noticed anytime we order more than 2 of the same drinks the drinks are tasteless.
One time I told the employees we couldn't taste the peanut butter in the peanut butter power drinks and I was told they ran out of the peanut butter powder (or whatever it's called) and that he had to open a new container.
Once it was re-made it turned out great.

We have family in town so last night I ordered 5 Oreo blenders and again tasteless... we dumped all of them.
It was a huge waste of money and it's becoming more of an inconvenience to drive back to the store and have them re-make them.
Please start making the drinks AS DIRECTED and stop taking short cuts!

The Mascoutah location used to be my favorite Scooter's to go to. They always made the blenders super icy and thick. Now and following a majority of other Scooter's in the area, despite ASKING for it to be made extra thick, it comes out watery/loose. There were some great employees at this location that are no longer there, and the ones there now don't seem to care.

Drive through only, it’s across from the school would make sense to have a walk up window and a bench.

Closest location to the Air Force base and one of the only locations in the area that offers no discount for military. (Evrn had a proud to be locally veteran owned sign in the window!) Is also right across the street from the high school but does not offer a teacher discount. I'm told that the discounts are based on the franchisee not the company. I guess they can be glad to make a profit on me once but I won't return because I don't feel valued as a customer.

This place blows Starbucks and Dunkin right out of the water. Hands down, the BEST iced coffee I’ve ever had in my LIFE. The bacon & gouda egg bites and cinnamon roll were phenomenal and this was the friendliest service I’ve had at a drive thru. I’m sad there’s no Scooters by me. We just happened to be passing through Mascoutah, but I’m so glad we stopped by!

It's probably closer to a Dunkin donuts for food than a Starbucks. It seems like they have food, and the coffee is a side hustle. Everything was just bland

Drive an hour to visit Mascoutahs location specifically just to learn they have taken lessons from McDonald’s and closed the machine down early. Definitely not as good as when they first opened.
