Ordered online at Noon, got there for pickup at 12:30 pickup time. My order wasn't started till around 1 after the entire lobby that was funneling for lunch was taken care of first. Management left one single girl alone in the store for lunch rush, felt so bad for her. She was very kind and apologetic, this review is not towards her by any means. I just find it a little insane when management treats their workers like servants and won't come in to help when they can't find someone to come in.

I ordered a sub at 11:00 AM for a 12:05 pickup. I needed at that time because I was on lunch break. I got there at 12:05 and they hadn't started on it yet. They told me they were working on it, but that wasn't true. I finally got my sandwich at 12 :17.

I've probably been here about half a dozen times and never had a problem. I'm not really understanding the one star reviews from people. My only gripe and it's not even a gripe on the business is that parking a larger vehicle is difficult in the area and I often have to park about a block away to walk there

I walked in and waited a minute or two for anyone to even walk out from the kitchen area and when the two younger looking people came from the kitchen they were Arguing over who’s gonna make The sandwiches and who’s gonna cash them out and they were both wearing AirPods and I don’t have a name for the male or female since neither name tags or hats or wash their hands before making our sandwiches but they started finally making our food and the lady making our food was not listening to anything we asked for for our first sandwich and so after we had to clarify three times what we wanted we finally got it made and then she kind of listened for the second one and they were not friendly at all didn’t even get the right wrap for our sandwich. They put it on flatbread instead because they weren’t listening and then after we walked out, they were still complaining and talking bad about the customers. What goes on in this place? Who is the manager? I have many questions….

This Subway location is TRASH. They gave me a whole 2 pieces of bacon on my sandwich when I ordered double & that they charged me 3 extra dollars for, barely any toppings.They never ever cook the personal pizzas right, always raw veggies on top.I will NEVER go to this location again. And I will tell anybody who mentions that location how terrible it is and to not waste their money.
I ordered online and waited in line for a good 10 minutes and there’s an even bigger line behind me. When I got to the front she told me I have to wait so she can finish the line when I’ve already paid. What sense does that make and why couldn’t you just make it then? I don’t personally like mascoutah so I definitely won’t be coming back to this establishment.
