Sandwiches are always great with nice soft fresh bread the cookies are always fresh and amazingly soft people are always so sweet and kind and the owner is amazing best Subway in Central Illinois by far would recommend to anyone

Usually have great service especially when Farrah is working. But tonight I ordered on the app. Was told my food would be ready by 550. I pulled up to the speaker at 548 and no one answered for 3 min. Finally got up to the window. Sat there for 5 min. Finally a lady comes to the window and tells me that they haven't even looked at my order because there has been people inside. I tried to ask how that meant that my order got pushed to last and she shut the window on me. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before I got my food. While they continued helping customers that were just coming in and placing orders. Apparently you get fast service if you just go in instead of ordering ahead. Finally got my food and the lady was extremely rude.
