Waited for about 20 min before I got my food. Paid over 30 bucks for 2 combos and they gave me 6 fries. I asked for more because that is rediculous and they gave me 2 more. The girl taking the orders who had a star on her face had no idea what she was doing, honestly seemed like they took some random person off the street and stuck them behind the counter. Definitely never coming back to this facility. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Never got to order. Stood at the counter and watched two employees chit-chat right in front of me, for five minutes, never acknowledging me at all. I was the only customer there and I just walked out.

Besides the one time I visited and they closed a half hour early, 2nd visit was fantastic.
They're just as good as I remember as a kid and the FLOATS DO NOT MISS! 10/10 on attempt #2

1st I drive 15 mins to here. My food be warm sometimes mostly half cold. days ago Corn was burned Today week later. A piece of String was in My Green Beans one of the reason I drove-over. WTH. there’s always something please turn on some lights so you guys can see what the Food look like. what you are cooking that fell into the Pot. Captain D’s is like A& W I will just have to add more season I’m finished with you guys.
They don't close at 10....Owner replied asking to call restaurant with details, the number isn't valid.Here's the details: saw an ad for A&W and realized they existed still, saw the one at this location was still open and decided to make the 45 minute drive. Arrived at 9:30- a half our before they close and all lights were off, no answer at drive thru and the only person visible inside was cleaning counters.

Been awhile since we were at a Long John's, place was cold, Fish & shrimp were good, must have changed the recipe for the worst on Hush Puppies as they weren't anything like we were expecting. Always like A&W Root beer.

I came in to this resturaunt only to be met with a foot of water flooding the floor and snakes running the dang place! I tired to place an order but i dont speak snake!! So i asked the snake at the register if they had a translator and he said “Words - so innocent and powerless in a dictionary, how potent for good and evil they become as they are, as standing in the hands of one who knows how to combine them.” and i went “you could speek english this whole time??”

woman who worked feb 15 at night who was taking orders and giving food through drive thru was rude and professional and tried to make me finish my order before I was done and also didn’t give me the items I asked for at the window, very unprofessional.
