woman who worked feb 15 at night who was taking orders and giving food through drive thru was rude and professional and tried to make me finish my order before I was done and also didn’t give me the items I asked for at the window, very unprofessional.

I came in to this resturaunt only to be met with a foot of water flooding the floor and snakes running the dang place! I tired to place an order but i dont speak snake!! So i asked the snake at the register if they had a translator and he said “Words - so innocent and powerless in a dictionary, how potent for good and evil they become as they are, as standing in the hands of one who knows how to combine them.” and i went “you could speek english this whole time??”

Been awhile since we were at a Long John's, place was cold, Fish & shrimp were good, must have changed the recipe for the worst on Hush Puppies as they weren't anything like we were expecting. Always like A&W Root beer.

I use to really like Long John's Silver back in the day, but now for some reason they closed a lot of the restaurant's on the south side of Chicago, anyway I ordered 1 piece of fish and a side of hush puppies, well the fish was sooooooo salty like they bathed it with salt. I was so disappointed ? I won't be going back to that one again.

I was amazed that this place existed. I ordered the bacon double cheese burger with onion rings and a drink. I paid about $15 dollars. I was disappointed when I opened the package of the food due to lack of temperature. The cheese burger was not hot. I asked for the food to be cooked over. It was recooked with no complaints and followed up to ask if I was pleased with the new cheese burger. The onion rings were excellent. I was only given five. The place looked great inside except for the washrooms .

They have the best RB ever! Their AW RB Zero is the best diet drink eva... add that and make AW RB Zero Float...Amazing! The ice cream kind of crystallizes and its all kinds of yummy... add some cheese curds and you have the best of A&W right there!
Worst experience from a dirty environment to rude customer service..and they give out old fry’s I watched my lady dump out already packed fry’s to make my fry’s. Cold dry fry’s wasn’t even worth the time to get fresh ones just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.

A real diamond in the rough. When I go here I get the regular fish or cod both are good and fresh at least when I Go. and they have good root beer floats.Kid-friendliness: It's like an old school diner It even has a jukebox believe they unplugged it during the pandemic.
