This location was the WORSE I've ever been to. The servers were lazy and the managers tried to charge me and my party for stuff didn't order. Plus she assumed a party of 5 was a party of 6 so that she could add mandatory gratuity. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

As a guest of the hotel...tried to stop in at the end of the evening. To say we were unwelcome is an understatement! Extremely rude "tactical" security at the door, claiming a wait for a table, however just wanted to go to the bar. Another @holidayinn fail...no suprise. If your "restaurant" security need body armor...maybe rethink your business plan!

Supposed to be free to ladies and is not. Also, all of the tables have a reserved number on top of it but was told by one of the people there we could buy a table so if you didn't want to stand up you would pay but we already had paid to get in. We requested a refund, got our money and left. Disappointed in Chicago. But that's what money does to people that will capitalize on a moment. Sad but I won't be back

The ceiling was leaking. They placed a trash can on level with the table to catch the water and the can was piled with trash. I knew better than to order food because of a previous bad experience. The hot coffee was cold. At least the server was nice.
