If I could give a zero i would. I asked for my burgers plain for my kids and they weren't. Also the big fish sandwich was hard as a rock and cold. Tried to do the survey on the receipt and it kept saying sorry can't do at this time. What a waste of money.

I've been going to this burger kind for a while cuz I work across the street. I always get a plain burger. They messed it up once before and I let it slide. I can back a few more times (BK is one of the only fast food places that doesn't bother my stomach) and things were ok. Today I came it for my burger and decided to get onion rings. This is one of the few time I didn't check the food and all the game me was onion rings ? So I go all the way back and the guy said I only ordered those which was bs. Then he threw away the perfectly good onion rings SMFH I got my burger (which I checked) but no darn onion rings. I called to complain and the guy said u was gonna give me fresh onion rings but I had left too quickly (cuz i didn't want to start cussing ppl out) and I'm yeah sure. The main reason this makes me so mad is that it's a SIMPLE order and they're trying to tell me I'm the one who made a mistake when I clearly told him what I wanted. Bloody idiot. Now I need to find another fast food place that's affordable and isn't mcdonald's (yuck). This was a very disappointing experience especially since no one even apologize. I try not to dwell on silly stuff like this but the guy who took my order seriously pissed me off.
