I went in this restaurant around 3 weeks ago and there was a woman that took my order she was polite and fast had my food right out not today. I went back thinking I had such a nice experience the last time and this was awful. There was a man in there at the register and he was awful. Left our food sitting there for at least 15 minutes before he even gave it to us. It was cold. He was rude and he didn’t know what he was doing.

Don't go here if you're hungry. They are slower than molasses when taking your order, getting your order ready and I recommend checking your order before you drive away because you'll get ignored trying to get the employee at the window attention. WORST BURGER KING ever.

They were only taking orders from one side of the drive thru so after 3 cars placed orders before me, I decided to go inside. I asked if there was a reason only one side was getting waited on and she said we're short handed. Being short handed has ZERO to do with alternating which side you take orders from. Same girl started bagging my order, finally, but got interrupted by a drive thru customer that had to come inside to get her correct order. Instead of going back to my order, she wandered off to the drive thru while my food sat on the counter getting cold. She didn't greet anyone. She didn't apologize for anything. She didn't thank anyone for anything. Needless to say I was missing a burger because she stopped mid count and never came back.
