This chipotle has the absolute WORST portion sizes of meat out of all the locations I’ve ever been to. They literally give you like a quarter of a portion of meat. It’s gotten so bad that I’ve started paying for double meat, just so I can at least get a regular size portion of meat. Last time, I paid for double meat and it still looked like less than half the amount of a regular portion of meat. They chop the meat up into extremely fine pieces, and then they barely give you any of it.

Employees have major attitude. Lines are always super long. Customer service is non-existent. They chop the meat into way smaller pieces than at other chipotle locations to make it seem like you getting more fair portion of meat. If You get the steak you are basically getting tiny charred pieces of matter or fat. No meat. I always get a stomach ache / diarrhea after eating at this location. Perhaps poor hygiene or food safety. I feel like I get food poisoned every time. Today the guacamole tasted like rotten bananas/ fruit and was brown. It Was the last straw for me. Will no longer go to this location.

Please improve food safety, I have ordered twice now through uber eats and had issues. Once with a piece of plywood in my burrito, gave it another chance thinking oh well things happen right? tonight I was served spoiled pico de gallo it tasted so bad , your food used to be so good. What happened?

I have watched them make my mobile order multiple times and they never get it right. I ask for extra and never get it unless I go in and tell them I want extra. Crazy.
This place is disgusting! They do not follow Chipotle recipe. They are unclean, often chicken is burnt, Guacamole is disgusting. My daughter got food poison from them I'm sure due to unclean environment. It's ran by immature yound adults. Lack of good leadership and supervision. This location makes Chipotle look bad.

I give credit when due, and baby yesterday it was due!! I have eaten at this Chipotle since a teen when they first opened, but moved away and haven’t visited in years. I was skeptical after seeing mixed reviews as of late, but I’m a see for myself kind of person. A lot of locations truly don’t get it right.. but as you can see from the attached photos, they paid attention to detail and execution was perfect. To start, when I walked in the place was calm and clean. I was greeted immediately by the young black woman at the kiosk and asked if I had a pickup order. My food was ready at the time stated and still very warm & fresh. Then, the food.. as you can see was perfect. I got extras (see ticket) and they actually put extra everything as requested. Most places don’t give me extra lettuce and it makes me upset lol, but I have no complaints here. My only grimace was my drink. I got sprite and the beverage needed to be changed out because I tasted straight seltzer water. However, I won’t dock any points because it was a free drink courtesy of Chipotle anyway (and I took it as I don’t need the pop!). However, this bowl was worth $20. It was tasty, plentiful, and fresh. I ate 2 times from this bowl. So, needless to say, I’ll be back!

My last time coming to this location, for whatever reason the worst Chipotle in the south suburb area tells me that there is a charge for VINAIGRETTE every time I go in there. Not one other location in the area charges me. I’m already spending $20+ on a bowl because the pricing are going up and the portions HAVE NOT CHANGED LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. Why is it that this location is charging me for SAUCE!? I asked the girl who told me and she said she didn’t know and gave me the sauce for FREE.
