I been coming here for a couple months now . And every time I come the employees are always mad and giving attitude. And talk crap if you want something extra . Making fun of you to other employees. Thinking you can’t hear them . Worst chipotle restaurant. Not coming back . Rather drive further than deal with their negativity.

Chipotle is my go to, wherever I am for fresh, healthy and delicious burrito bowls. This one was conveniently located near the Hampton Inn & Suites in Matteson, IL. I enjoyed it very much.🙂

Last time I ate here I ordered guacamole and didn’t notice till I got home that it was completely brown. It also had an avocado sticker in it.

Please do not go to this place. Ask for a manager after a customer order was thrown in the garbage by an associate, and was told they were fresh out of managers. Poor customer services.

Got the carne asida the meat was extremely dry tasted old. The chips were stale. As much as these meals cost it could be fresh which is what they boast.
