I just ordered this evening from this location through Uber and there was a big piece of plastic in the middle of my food. Then as I kept going through it, there was another piece of plastic. Not to mention we paid for queso, and they decided to put shredded cheese on my order. Totally unacceptable!

Dealing with the staff at this location it's ALWAYS an issue!!!!! I'm paying the full steak price for half with chicken and they put a crumb of meat on the entree. The preferred to throw out the whole 3 tacos rather than adding the meat I'm paying for. Left and went to Chicago Heights location and everything was done perfectly!!!

When I saw the guacamole it was grey. When I asked if they are going to make more I was told it was “out of season.” Guacamole bring out of season has never been a problem in the history of chipotle. It’s July, so that’s untrue. They wanted to keep serving guacamole that had gone bad. Their corporate overlords and shareholders apparently demand it. They also tried to give me 4 scoops of rice. Rice, which, used to not stick together and had flavor. But that’s over. Also I just now realized that last time I ordered honey chicken and they told me it was the only type of chicken. Now they have both kinds of chicken all of a sudden. Th sour cream also had other food particles in it, and the meat was burned and cut too small, like it was pre-chewed for a baby bird or something.

This Chipotle location needs to have leadership presence in the front of house. The experience is passive and inconsistent. I order chip and guac whenever i order a bowl. The salt may be missing on the chips or they're stale. The guac is made differently sometimes good, other times lumpy and warm. The service has operators standing around or prioritizing call in orders without acknowledging anyone. This isnt always the experience, but as forementioned, it is extremely inconsistent.

I got a steak burrito bowl from here tonight (web order) and omg the reviews are right! Too bad I read them after. The steak is literally cut into the smallest pieces they can manage. It's burned ends of steak and no meat. It was also salty. I'm highly disappointed. How did the cost go up and the quality go down? I won't be back.

Went during this heat wave just to pick up my order. The store was hot and humid, I immediately felt so bad for the workers :( It didn't stop them from being amazing though, they were so kind and quick. My food was fresh and delicious and the portions at this location are perfect.
Quality of Chipotle has progressively gone down over the years and I used to think this location was still one of the decent ones. But recently it's been really inconsistent. Out of certain ingredients (fajitas, chips, vinegrette, guac, etc) and the food doesn't taste as good as before. Not sure if management changed or it's just what we have to now expect from Chipotle. SMH
