Extremely disappointed. Ordered a chicken sandwich. I was asked if I wanted everything "lettuce, tomatoes and pickles". I assumed that it would come with mayo or some sort or sauce. The sandwich was completely dry.

They didn't give me one of the orders of chicken strips, my receipt, or straws for my drinks. I paid with a hundred dollar bill. Drive thru person was polite. Never received the chicken strips.
ordered my food, had me pull up an park. just to wait 15 minutes. got a chicken sandwich basket with extras that i paid for and didn’t even get that . plus my food wasn’t even hot and they forgot my drink. i was so irritated i didn’t even bother going back in. won’t be goin here no more.

10-10-24. Went thru the drive thru around 635pm. I only ordered chili. The container was 3/4 filled dried up chili was all over the outside of my container. If I go back I will make sure I check my order before I leave. There was no chili spilled in the bag that they gave me.

We were ticket#31 on October 5th, 2024.We ordered 2 BBDLX and received 1 and 1 dry Chicken Sandwich with nothing on it. Called to inform manager, but she was SO rude that we did not return to bring it back. We will not order from there Again!

Horrible customer service and 8 min wait for a concrete. The person taking orders in the drive through never acknowledged us we had to say something. No apologies for the wait at ANY point. When we pulled up to the window the person taking money never acknowledged us once again. She thry finally opened the window there wasn't a greeting apology or anything. Employee's walking around making their own drinks. It was NOT A good experience at all too many young people in there. Also didn't get any napkins ice cream everywhere on the cup
