Today is a scorcher. We stopped by this place for a melt down. Old school treat - Dipped Cones were our first thought and they did not disappoint. We ordered the Cherry Dipped Vanilla Ice Cream Cones. Service was quick - only car ahead. They have ample parking for dine-in choice. So many other menu options aside from cool treats. Friendly staff. Clean establishment. Price....I paid $10.50 for 2 medium sized Dipped ice cream cones so you can judge:)

Food great! Service 10/10 and didn’t check out the vibe inside, but the drive through was quick and smooth. The staff were very friendly. What I liked most about this location is you can get ice cream AND food! Can’t beat that!! Check him out!

Love the old school feeling of DQ, store is different but still an experience.
Not surefl if they hot new owner or what. I used to get good blizzards here. They used to be better than mokena, but not anymore. Last time they got my order wrong at window and guy said well I repeated it back to you. Mind you he sped through it and has a thick accent so I could barely understand any words through the intercom. When I told him it was wrong he argued with me. I was flabbergasted. The other guy fixed it so I moved on. Then I got to my blizzard on way home and it had almost no candy other than on top. I asked for extra candy so I was mad but receipt said I didn't pat for extra candy so I put it as a one off. Fast forward to today and my blizzard was just a poorly made and it did charge me for extra candy.

My blizzard was very soupy. There was something wrong with it, and the guy at the drive-through but a container on top bec it was dripping everywhere. Later that date I became very ill and had diarrhea all night long. I will never go back to this Dairy

I go here all the time because I like the food. Two weeks ago I did an app order and it says "Don't worry we won't start making the food until you are close to our location." I get there and the guy grabs the food already bagged. Now this has never happened before. So I asked him how long ago it was prepared and he said like 3 minutes ago. I take my food and leave. While in the car, I reached into the bag to get some fries and they were stone cold. I pull up in front of my house and check the receipt. The timestamp was not 3 minutes prior to my arrival it was 10 minutes! So he lied to me. I submitted a complaint which was forwarded to the local store for the manager to contact me. It's been nearly 3 weeks and no phone call. Terrible customer service and you have now lost me as a customer.
