No greeting customers and they would have you wait to order about 30 minutes….Staff need to stop and take care customers first.. Bad service… I was there first and they taking customers who came after me… Treat everyone with respect

I truly dislike patronizing this dunkin donuts location. They have never gotten my order correct ( mobile or drive thru). Each time that I have brought the issue to the workers, the older, gray haired lady steps in to rudely attempt to fix my concerns. I work near the location. My only reason for stopping is because breakfast was an afterthought. I will make it my business to no longer visit this location.

I can give this place a zero I would the staff just don’t give a damn. I asked for a Iced Chai latte they gave me a ice coffee instead called up there the young lady that answered the phone said what is it. I said can I speak to your manager. They hung up the phone kept playing constantly I will never go go this location again.

The manager Elsa was very rude. Informed me I couldn’t get cold foam after I ordered my drink although it goes on top and I did not mind paying for the cold foam because I forgot to order it in the drive thru. Basically rushing me because they had a line in the morning.

I saw the MANAGER (Spanish lady)pick a cup lid up off the ground and put it on someone’s cup that was a drive through customer……then she got mad at me when I said something about it

I don’t know how 1 drink can be messed up. I’m still owed a sandwich and hash browns. I stood there for 15 min for this. I work around the area so I don’t have time to wait and I just left. I understand if my drink is messed up but waiting 15min for a egg&bacon sandwich? If I stayed i could be waiting longer which is disappointing.
