The manager Elsa was very rude. Informed me I couldn’t get cold foam after I ordered my drink although it goes on top and I did not mind paying for the cold foam because I forgot to order it in the drive thru. Basically rushing me because they had a line in the morning.

I don’t know how 1 drink can be messed up. I’m still owed a sandwich and hash browns. I stood there for 15 min for this. I work around the area so I don’t have time to wait and I just left. I understand if my drink is messed up but waiting 15min for a egg&bacon sandwich? If I stayed i could be waiting longer which is disappointing.

We ordered for three people. My drink was incorrect. I went inside, and the drink was made. I do believe that it was started wrong. I didn't say anything and took it, hoping that it would be okay in my system. It turned out okay. I don't usually have problems at this one.
When I am back in the old neighborhood I frequent this location. Never had any issues. Always great tasting iced coffees and fresh sweets. Can’t help but notice a few comments…been there done that!! Y’all stop trying to get your freebies especially when you got money for that other stuff!! ?
