What a mouth party. I loved every bite. A perfect way to end my Wednesday. Order placement was simple. Server was knowledgeable & friendly *****Thiesha***** 5 Star service with a smile. Reasonably priced. Clean establishment inside and out. Little parking but feasible at the time I arrived. No long wait. Everything fresh to order. I will visit again. Thanks again Thiesha and staff. Miles got me together on the handcrafted Salted Caramel Shake...loved it. Awesome crew on deck. Apologies in advance for any misspelled names but no apologies on the great service received. My first time ever at Five Guys. I heard they were good. I spent $24 to find out they are not good at all. I can only assume it's just this particular location that is bad. I ordered a pickup via the website. When I got there I had to wait for the fries, then he forgot my milkshake, I had to ask for it. Strangely, the whole bag was filled with fries, but I only ordered a small one. I had to ask if the burger was in there too because it was buried under fries. Got it home to discover both the fries and the burger were soggy. The shake didn't taste very chocolate-like either. I could detect another flavor in there. Oh well, my poor experience teaches me that Culver's and Dairy Queen down the street are much better options. I'll never take a chance on Five Guys again, lesson learned. Not worth wasting your money there folks...

A Young gentleman five guy worker wore gloves at the cash register and turn around started making food with the same glove never change his glove or wash his hands very unsanitary you can get customers very sick

Went in there and a worker wiped her nose on her shirt. The staff doesn’t take pride in their appearances which looks even more unsanitary. The facility is gross and dirty. Food is super MID. I’m not sure what happened to this 5 guys, but i guarantee you, I won’t be back. DO NOT GO HERE!
