Went in there and a worker wiped her nose on her shirt. The staff doesn’t take pride in their appearances which looks even more unsanitary. The facility is gross and dirty. Food is super MID. I’m not sure what happened to this 5 guys, but i guarantee you, I won’t be back. DO NOT GO HERE!

I purchased a regular cheeseburger, regular fry and a chocolate milkshake. The cheeseburger, I requested to only have ketchup, mustard, Mayo and grilled onions. This burger clearly no mustard or ketchup, the fries were a little salty. I think it would be a good idea to have a check list when processing the order.

I really don’t know how this company will last. This is not how you should cook burgers. The cheese should be melted into the meal not as its own part. The burger is still lukewarm. I see why everyone here is so obese—it’s sickening!! Take your time and cook well please!!!!

This 5 guys is very expensive. $45+ dollars for two cheeseburgers, 2 small fries, and two bottles of soda. The food was good and the service was great.
Horrible customer service. If a restaurant is closed don’t have the open sign on, if not a customer should be waited on. Was told an order of fries needed oxygen to be cooked and it would be 20 minutes. Just say you started closing early and turned off the fryers! Won’t be going back here.

Great food. Absolutely up to standards, meeting every expectation.Ordered online, store was slightly busy- wasnte greeted right away, but because they were busy getting orders together! Everything was cooked well, and fresh on pickup for my order. The staff was kind and courtesy when I asked for an extra side cup of sauce. The drink and condiment stations were clean and full. 2 single unit bathroom also clean. Well done ?

I was out buying a car & got hungry on the wait ran to 5 guys got a Bacon cheese burger with Cajun fries service was good it had a little smell inside I get back to the car dealership took one bite it had a funny taste also left a nasty taste in my mouth I couldn't stop throwing up ???? the sales men took the burger smelled it & instantly gagged & said yes it's not right they wanted to call the ambulance because I couldn't stop throwing up ? Never in my life would I ever eat there or any 5 guys for that matter my food was $20 I'm still unable to eat & hurgry.
