Ordered delivery to my hotel from here last night and the pizza was great that showed up. Never had a Chicago deep dish and did not disappoint, but the service did. I ordered a slice of Tiramisu and never received it. Called the restaurant and spoke to a nice young lady and was told she would make sure to have it delivered, but it might take a couple hours. A few hours went by and never showed up. I tried to get a refund off the Uber Eats app, but didn't have the option to do it so I guess I'm just out 10 bucks for some sugar I probably didn't need anyway.

Ordered through Uber Eats.The salad was good the pizza sucked. Something was off! The pizza was cold. I tried warming it up, but it seems like it wouldn’t get hot. The tomato sauce was thick, crust was soggy inside and out. Ick
