The food is always on point. The pizza is always consistent and the delivery people are nice. This is take out or delivery only. The transactions are quick almost never a wait. Location is easy to access. The atmosphere is friendly. We order here at least twice a week.

Ordered delivery to my hotel from here last night and the pizza was great that showed up. Never had a Chicago deep dish and did not disappoint, but the service did. I ordered a slice of Tiramisu and never received it. Called the restaurant and spoke to a nice young lady and was told she would make sure to have it delivered, but it might take a couple hours. A few hours went by and never showed up. I tried to get a refund off the Uber Eats app, but didn't have the option to do it so I guess I'm just out 10 bucks for some sugar I probably didn't need anyway.

Great pizza, lame delivery. Was slow and delivered warm, not hot. Gave her 15% tip too. Way too much for her slow and warm delivery. Asked for utensils like napkins, plates, pepper and cheese, none delivered. I'll go elsewhere for pizza

First time trying Giordanos and it was amazing. Get the chicken sausage delux. Mushrooms and spinach is perfect with sausage.
We were traveling through the area & met up with some friends that live nearby. This was our first time having Giordano’s & it definitely won’t be our last!! Absolutely amazing!!
