I got a large deep dish pizza delivered yesterday and it was warm by the time that it got to me. The pizza was under an inch thick, barely had any cheese or sauce on it. I used to frequently eat at the other location before it moved. It was the first time ordering from this new location and I can’t believe that they’d let something like this leave the restaurant, a deep dish pizza as thin as my pinky finger 😡

This location no longer offers eat in. Somewhere it should specify that it’s take out only. Luckily, we called prior to driving 30 minutes to eat there. The person that answered was very polite and explained the length of time for pizza and that they were no longer an eat in restaurant.
I've been away too long from Giordano. Coming back did not disappoint. Deep dish was awesome.

The food is always on point. The pizza is always consistent and the delivery people are nice. This is take out or delivery only. The transactions are quick almost never a wait. Location is easy to access. The atmosphere is friendly. We order here at least twice a week.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, it was supposed to get dropped off in an hour. Pizza didn't arrive until 1 hour 40 minutes after it was ordered. I called giordanos and was told that they were waiting on the delivery driver to return. When the pizza got to me the box smelled like the driver was actively smoking Marijuana in the car. The pizza was dry, over cooked and cold. I was severely disappointed. Will not be back.
