I went in here being very nice. I’m very particular about my food i watched them doing wrong when they put sauce all over my food when I asked for it on the side. I let that slide still being nice I asked the girl taking my order at the time if she can give me a pop because they were doing wrong she said no, we don’t give nothing free. When I get get home it’s lemon pepper all over my food in which I didn’t ask for. I called the manager and he was very dismissive even thru my niceness he had no answers and hung up on me. Again I was respectful and nice the whole time.

I ordered a 6 wing, well done, mild sauce & lemon pepper.. I received a sprinkle of sauce , fries white -free of sauce & no lemon pepper.. This alone will stop anyone from ordering. I paid $15 for a 6 wing. Only thing good here is the daily specials & location.

Got the family and friends from out of town some Harold's. They loved it! They had the wings for the first time. They say they will be back.
Harold’s Chicken in Matteson has not changed. I tried to patronize their establishment when they opened years ago, but they had nasty attitudes and were extremely slow. Today, placed 2 separate orders with 2 different credit cards and when my orders were ready, I reminded her that they were separate and needed 2 plastic bags. She got an attitude and gave me the bag to put the chicken inside myself. Of course, I told her about the attitude and unprofessional behavior. I will not go back no matter how much time passes.
