We came there on two occasions, first time we called in our order and it seems to have been overlooked and then we were given someone's food that had been sitting and it was room temp and sub par. I was on my lunch break and almost didn't get to eat behind that fiasco. The second time we timed it and it took 35 minutes for 2 6 wing dinners and it was barely warm smh...they need to do better

On 11-21-24, I ordered the chicken at 6:59 pm, I was told it will be ready in 15 mins; I get there at 7:20 pm and not ready; Young lady comes in to pick up 12 piece order over the phone and her order wasn't ready either; Cashier tried to make a deal with her with black pepper over the chicken she said no, but never offered me a deal for my 8 piece; A young man walked up to order a 4 piece and he received his food before me and got his chicken within 10mins; That didn't make no sense with free pop for his daughter. Lady ordered shrimp and fish with chicken got her order before me as well. I waited until 7:47pm to get 8 pieces of chicken, lady said she wanted to give me fresh chicken, I am confused. It doesn't take 48 mins for 8 pieces of chicken and I was late for work. Matteson location got to do better. I support my people but you guys were wrong for last night service/product.

Ordered a total of 3 fries (2 mild sauce/1 barbecue). The fries are horrible, all 3 orders taste like old reheated/fried fries. And the barbecue sauce is worse. Feels like I’m eating cheese fries. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!! You take this mess home & eat it!!! This is bad business.
UPDATE: Gave it another shot. All I have to say is just take the drive to Homewood or cook @home smh.

Ordered food here on a Friday night. Tried calling in at first, but the phone kept going straight to voicemail. Had to drive over to the restaurant and the line was almost out of the door. After waiting in line almost 15 minutes, we were finally able to place our order. When asked how long it would be we were told 30 minutes. Based on that time frame, we left and came back. When we returned and inquired how long it would be the cook said "it's in my hand now" and the cashier said "give us 5 minutes." We ended up waiting another 20 additional before our name was called. When we got back to the house, the fish was fried too hard and the chicken didn't seem to be fried hard enough. The taste of the food was just ok. Expected better after having to wait so long.
I Ordered two six wings, with mild sauce, they got the order wrong and told me they couldn’t credit me and I would have to bring the food back even though I explained I was already too far, I told the manager I could send a picture but he told me “just bring it back when you come this way” 0/10 would not recommend customer service was rude and unhelpful from the employee to the manager.

i ordered wings in store and was told 10mins. Ok cool, When i got In the car and touched the food it was lukewarm as if i got A call-in’s order. & It was Nasty asf! Didn’t really care to bring it back in & wait longer bc my kid was hungry. i just Won't recommend people to go to this place and won’t be back.

I don’t understand how hard it is to make the same food every day every hour. I asked for a small fry extra crispy. How hard is it to leave the fries in for longer than you normally do? Please, I seriously want to know. If you don’t want to work & complete customers orders to their satisfaction, STOP TAKING THEIR MONEY!
