Harold's in Matteson, IL is the best when Ernest is the cook. Ernest gives you a good customerexperience. He is kind, he acknowledges you and he prepares fresh food. The wait is worth it when he's cooking and the customer service when you call to order has gotten better.
Ordered food here on a Friday night. Tried calling in at first, but the phone kept going straight to voicemail. Had to drive over to the restaurant and the line was almost out of the door. After waiting in line almost 15 minutes, we were finally able to place our order. When asked how long it would be we were told 30 minutes. Based on that time frame, we left and came back.
