Waiting area was clean and orderly. Has a few seats. Food was great! Wings were cooked just right. Ask for extra sauce if you're getting it on the side. Service was good but the cashier was a little slow. But it was a Friday night. Highly recommended!
Only thing was delicious was the chicken they didn’t put any sauce on it or on the side ,a smidget of mild sauce on the fries they was soft fries ,could have keep the grease bread would I eat there again yes but have to check the bag I couldn’t post the chicken with my post but it’s there nowadays food cost so much not only here but everywhere we want to be satisfied and not always complain what if it was your money treat people food as if it was yours too eat if it don’t...
Harold's in Matteson, IL is the best when Ernest is the cook. Ernest gives you a good customerexperience. He is kind, he acknowledges you and he prepares fresh food. The wait is worth it when he's cooking and the customer service when you call to order has gotten better.
