Ordered food here on a Friday night. Tried calling in at first, but the phone kept going straight to voicemail. Had to drive over to the restaurant and the line was almost out of the door. After waiting in line almost 15 minutes, we were finally able to place our order. When asked how long it would be we were told 30 minutes. Based on that time frame, we left and came back. When we returned and inquired how long it would be the cook said "it's in my hand now" and...
Great food and good customer service. There was a couple wings missing from my order, it happens but they fixed it, no questions asked. I appreciate a business who can strive for great customer service.
The best Harold’s in the area. I frequently order from this location simply because they are clean, professional and quick. The food is always fresh and consistently cooked to perfection. I only give my reviews to those who deserve it and this Harold’s is definitely worth the praise. God Bless the Pierce family and all the staff. ??
