I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service, food packaging, and price discrepancies between in-store and online orders at this location. Furthermore, I was not provided with proper change, and no alternative was offered, which I find unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to others.

Was picking up for a customer and the food was not ready. The when I told the hostess there is a new bag u there she looked at me and ignored me so I have to wait for someone else to get the food.

So this will probably be the last time going to this location. There was an unpleasant smell upon working in (should have left then) Service was slow...order was wrong...waited so long I didn't even care. Definitely in need of upgrades for both location and staff.

Servers were great, ihop will probably go out of business based on the fact there food is insanely expensive and poor quality bad tasting. $45 for two breakfasts… definitely lost me as a future customer

Overpriced for the quality. Ordered breakfast that consisted of 2 scrambled eggs with cheese, hashbrowns, pancakes, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 ham. And coffee. Came out to almost $30 with tip. For 1 person. The eggs were overcooked and browned on the bottom. The ham was 1 small piece cut in half. One of the slices of bacon was pretty much raw, and the hashbrowns I asked to be crispy twice were slightly browned on the outside and almost raw on the inside, the pancakes were mushy. The coffee and the sausage were ok. Definitely not worth the money.

The ONE thing you can count on is IHOP being open. Usually the place to go LATE NITE.!! Like many of us older people & even now a dayz., the place to go late nite after PROM.. & even coming from the Club wen your craving some food.. Just check google maps for the nearest IHOP.!! 💯👍🏽

Customer service was horrible. Nobody came and took our order. We said that at least 30 minutes. Nobody do not come over at all. I would like to speak to someone about this situation. I need to be compensated.
Looked slightly in need of some cleaning. Poor young black women with glasses( forgot her name) who took care of my two sons and I was stretchy very thin. They need more waitress help. No one to greet u at the door. No one to expedite food orders. Waitress has to work all money transactions when it should be someone else so she can concentrate on the customers and food orders only. You need to pay her more. She was great a we had great service from her. Job duties and/ or processes at that place need some improvement.

Updated review This location has sure gone down hill. It's like when you spend a lot of money here the worse the service gets. Bernisia or whatever her name must have been new, the entire front staff looked new to me. They are a smiling bunch minus the Bernice girl who not only got my order incorrect but also has 0 customer service skills. When I called I stated I would like 6 breakfast samplers and with 1 being over easy and the rest scrambled eggs. When I asked her how much she left me on hold for like 10 minutes and then the phone disconnected. I get to the restaurant and say Hi I ordered 6 samplers. The manager Lauren or something directed me to the girl who had not even put the order in. I stated I needed the price because grandmother was the one paying and reiterated the number 6. Somehow they charged us for 5 and only made 5 even after giving me the price and I confirmed once again 6 I paid. Waited about 20 minutes they give me 15 styrophone boxes no utensils no condiments nothing. Only to drive 18 minutes to Chicago heights and find out one was missing. I call speak to a Hispanic male and he tells me I can come back and get the missing one then when I get there the little girl wants to argue with me about saying 5 instead of 6 I did not feel like arguing with those people. So I asked for an itemized receipt and the missing condiments and utensils and I left. Corporate need to check on this store or retrain or something because now I see why they are 3star. Forgot to mention she ALSO got the order wrong she was the one to ask me if all 3 meats were fine but when I told her 3 and 3 she still gave me the regular sampler. I wouldn't eat from this location unless I'm dining in and can double check their work. This was highly disappointing. I will NEVER again place large take out orders over the phone or in walk in here. Dine in staff is always amazing.
