Place is outdated . Horrible service š our waitress Desmond distracted not attentive and he dropped a glass mug next to us. My wife was hit by little glass debris.
Out food arrived late some other table that arrived after us got their food first.

The restaurant was dirty. The bathroom was filthy and smelly. 3 toilets out of 4 were not flushed. Soap was spelled on the faucet cabinet.
The table next to me, was dirty with condiments, crumbs, cups, etc. the floor area around that table was full of crumbs..

Good IHOP but yāall need to change yall hours. It say 24 hours (open 12am) but we showed up and the lights were off and they were closed
Ordered a BLT and the bacon wasn't cook and the condiments were soggy bread wasn't toasted. Just bad.

Went for breakfast but didnāt even stayed smh ā¦ā¦.after being seated our waitress came to take our order when she came her entire clothes top to bottom was covered with dog hair . She had very poor hygiene and after I saw that we didnāt even place our order we got up and we left.. just didnāt feel like eating pancakes covered in dog hair š¤·š½āāļøā¦

My waitress was amazing, eggs with sausage on point but the pancakes?? Super cold. I told the waitress and she tried to get me another order but I was now pressed for time. What should have happened was either my bill could have been adjusted or a gift card given. Thus my experience (minus the waitress) was not good. Even the syrup dispenser was horrible. They should change their name or maybe I NOT gonna go there again.

Seriously good cold brew. Server was mainly professional but I noticed a subtle attitude after my bf slid the menu to the side of the table rather than handing directly. This wasn't meant to be an insult, he's just oblivious to social cues most of the time and I can be very ditsy as well. God, I'm convinced neurotypical people take everything as a personal jab, and make their own problems. Food was better than last time I came years ago. Avo had a little browning but that's to be expected with avo. Great veggie omelet. Clean environment from what I noticed

I visited on a Friday morning. I was quickly seated. Service was attentive. Food was good. I hadn't patronized this location in some time because of the poor service. Now that things seem to have turned around, I'll patronize them again soon.

WARNING they need an exterminator! Thereās an infestation of ants and possibly roaches here! I am visiting from overseas and I just ate here with my mother yesterday and we were very disappointed. We didnāt receive water with our meals. We were seated at a dirty table, the restaurant has an infestation of ants and possibly roaches. The floors were sticky and crumbs were on the seats. We nicely told the manager about the problem and nothing was done. He just said theyād clean after we left and he tried to downplay the infestation they had. The waitress admitted that they removed the syrups on the table because of the infestation going on. Itās not her fault. She was very friendly and we tipped her.
We couldnāt receive the proper change for our bill because they didnāt have coins so they gave us back less change and cheated us out of our money. Then just when I thought nothing else could go wrong, we went to use the bathroom and the manager who was a man and another male employee were in the bathroom scared us and making us think we had entered the wrong restroom. There was no sign up and the door was closed with them in there (presumably checking on the broken toilet but again no open door or sign warning you that men are in there). There is also no caution sign up with a flooding toilet leaking outside of the stall. The bathroom is fake to likely hide how unclean and dirty it is.
Anyway! If I had sent my daughter in there alone and saw two grown men in there Iād be very upset. The bathroom was filthy and one of the toilets were flooding so bad the water was coming over to the 1 functioning stall.
We received no discount for our bad experience and ironically ended up paying MORE for our food because they claimed they had no change for the bills we gave them. Our meal should have just been free at that point. We didnāt receive an apology. We were only offered a new seat. If the restaurant needs an exterminator how will changing seats help?! We kept having bugs crawl up and around the table. It ruined our meal. If itās this bad at the dining tables it must be even worse in the kitchen. I grew up eating here for my birthday every year as a child but after spending more than 01 years abroad and coming back to this, I am never going back to this location again. I have. NEVER seen ants š infesting an IHOP (we have no bugs in our home and had to shake off our jackets and bags upon leaving the restaurant) and Iāve never seen a manager downplay an infestation rather than trying to make things right with the customer and THEN to add insult to injury not giving us back our change for the meal we paid for. This is unacceptableā¦

Had a good meal and a fun time with the Cook and our Server they were fantastic ?? and we have fallen in luv with her she made our night...her presence and pleasant attitude we will call her our She-Ro!!!
