Siniya (however you spell her name) and Heaven have no customer service skills at all. Maybe that’s why this is their job to learn but not helping in their case. Not attentive to customers and very rude. Asked siniya if I could have my bacon toasted twice and she wouldn’t do it no explanation just no. Yet I’m a paying customer. Asked for their names and they laughed as I walked away. James the manager doesn’t care at all how his employees act at work and it shows. Getting my money back from corporate.

I came in to order food, the young lady at the register took my oder in a timely manner and as I waited for her to prepare my sandwich I saw another young lady( short and dark skin) rolling what looked like Marijuana in rolling papers near the kitchen. Very unprofessional in my opinion, that should not be going on inside the restaurant. I will not be going back to this location.

My bread was stale on all 4 sandwiches could not return them traveling out of town and pick these up to eat on our travels. The person making the sandwich can feel the bread is hard and stale wasted 40 dollars

Waited at the register for a long time without any acknowledgment, greeting, or even a welcome, even though 3 people were right there. Had to ask for service. Woman didn’t say anything and was rude, cross, and angry. Ordered 6 subs, many were incorrect orders. Asked for water cups, a man gave us large soda cups to use…. We filled them with water, and shortly after, the woman yelled and me and my kids saying we had to pay for those. I left my husband to wait for the subs and went to the car, as I couldn’t be around this environment any longer. Never be back. You need some service training or better management.

I order a unwich and they literally put a thin slice of turkey not the same amount as a regular turkey Tom.. make sure you either call your order in or order extra.

This is the third time they forgot the chips and we ordered lunch for an entire office, the driver said he would bring them back and never did, very unprofessional , this is now a corporate issue.

Placed order for delivery while at work before I went on break. Said my order was going to take 20 min to be made and delivered. Took over 30 min to deliver my order 3 min down the street. When I called to see white my order was I was told to hold on then proceed to hang up on me. I called the store and talked to 2 different people. I asked for a refund was told my order was already out for delivery. I shld have just went in. So much for being freaky fast
