we went to the Calumet Park location on Friday. The ribs tips were fatty and not good at all. My husband ate 1, looked at the other and put it in the trash. I tried to warn him. but he had gotten good food there before. I only asked for a peach cobbler. it was burnt and not edible. I have pictures if they say this is not true. almost $40 and a trip from Indiana for a large tip and a peach cobbler? Rude lady. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I'm very snobby when it comes to ribs. I've gotten ribs at the Lansing store a number of times and the food and service have been great every time. The portions for the buy a whole slab get a half free are huge -- easily enough for two people and leftovers. That's two rib dinners for the price of one, essentially. The ribs are very tender and the sauce is outstanding. I've read about white people being treated differently there. Don't believe it. I'm white and the service was great and everyone couldn't have been nicer. Make the trip out to Lansing. You won't be disappointed.

No call in orders allowed! You must go in and order and pay first. Food is good. Very hot in there so no eating inside.
When we walked in the dining room area is a dark unwelcoming atmosphere the people that work there are phone bots and the food quality has drastically declined and no longer tastes like it was made with love the presentation also lacks I saw some gravy or sauce that looked liked prison slop the $63 tab for 2 people was definitely a waste of money I'm so disappointed what a waste they will never ever get our business ?‼️

I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! We ordered a bucket of turkey tips and sides on Mother’s Day. Due to being busy we received a bucket of pork tips. It was a honest mistake as they were trying to get us in and out for the holiday. They had no problems switching them out and gave us complimentary fries with the delicious mild sauce. The customer service was outstanding. I appreciate them handling the small mistake with such urgency. They were calling me making sure I came to pick up my fresh bucket of tips. They could’ve gave me a hard time but I felt appreciated as a customer. I’ll be back soon! The tips were DELICIOUS!

I stood at the window for 5 min before someone came up to help me. Once we got the food home it was terrible. I asked that it be cut small but it was large dried out pieces of meat you couldn't even chew. I spent 32 dollars on some mess. I'll never go there again.

The time of their business says close at 9pm and they offer last hour specials. Then you get there within the last hour 8:50 for instance and they say they don’t close until 10 but close their doors at 9:30 and they don’t offer the special until 9:15 smh .. just bad business all around and bad advertising
