I stood at the window for 5 min before someone came up to help me. Once we got the food home it was terrible. I asked that it be cut small but it was large dried out pieces of meat you couldn't even chew. I spent 32 dollars on some mess. I'll never go there again.

Then you get there within the last hour 8:50 for instance and they say they don’t close until 10 but close their doors at 9:30 and they don’t offer the special until 9:15 smh .. just bad business all around and bad advertising

We ordered a large rib tip on 2-10-24 and was charged $23.30 ……. The ribs were hard like they were sitting on grill all day and Cold….not chewable at all….. will not be coming back!!!

This place use to be good. I don't know if it's under new ownership or what, but this was the worst rib tips I have ever tried to eat; hard, dry and burnt. I have never ate a ribtip where the skin of the meat is crunchy like chips. I will never order from here again, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. Also fix the leak in your ceiling, water should not be dribbing down near the area of food. I wish I could include a photo...just disgusting!!
