I went to the Matteson location first I order 12 chicken only the cashier told me she 9 pieces of original and 3 pieces of crispy . I said ok as long as I get my right amount of white meat . When I got home it was all dark meat. I called the manager she said would give me 6 pieces of white meat it would be 30 minutes. When I got back to the store I waited in line from 8:19 to 8:36.
